Very comfy and spacious rooms. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement.

Very comfy and spacious rooms. Location is good, not too busy while everything we needed is nearby.

Breakfast is below average. Not much entertainment for kids.

Bien situé mais manque d'amour

Grandeur de la chambre. Proximité de centres d'achats, restaurant et autoroute.

Manque de tout au déjeuner. 15 minutes d'attente pour les oeufs brouillés et je n'ai pas pu en avoir car tout le monde attendait. Pu de bagel, pu de pain, pu d'ustencile. Arrivé dans la chambre, réservation pour 5, 1 débarbouilette et 3 serviettes seulement. Aucun drap ni oreillers pour le divan lit. Je vais a l'accueil et il ne reste qu'une couverture lourde, un oreiller et 1 drap plat. Aucun drap pour se couvrir s'il fait froid.

Decent location but very pricey for a not so clean stay.

Location was okay. It was quiet and had enough parking. Close to Courtney park plaza with lots of food options and a theater.

It was not very clean. There is one elevator for a building with 4 floors. Very slow.

Comfortable and clean place to stay within airport distance and downtown.

Family of 4 stayed 4 comfortable nights at this hotel only 20 minutes away from airport great facilities within the hotel and a few restaurants nearby. Staff were very helpful. Great breakfast options and super comfortable beds and pillows. I would stay here again.

There was nothing I didn't like. Possibly there could have been more amenities nearby. Location was ok if you want a hotel near the airport and Bampton this will be OK for you.

comfortable and worth the money

good breakfast, nice staff, clean for the most part (i’m a germophobe and o had to do minimal cleaning)

construction all around hotel so couldn’t really walk anywhere but there is a good plaza with restaurants and movie theatre 2 min drive away

If the pool was decent it would have been close to a perfect rating!

The rooms were very spacious especially for families with multiple children, and the hotel was very clean.

The pool was small and there was no ventilation. Definitely needs an upgrade, condensation was dripping from the ceiling and limited seating areas.

Location, spacious room, great breakfast.

Beds were not made, rooms not cleaned during the stay, only 2 towels were provided each day whereas we had 6 family members in the 2 queen bed 1 bed room suite with sofa bed.

Not acceptable for over $400/night.

Close to the highway. Free parking. Close to many restaurants. 15 minutes to airport.

There were no linens when I checked into my suite, not even a face cloth. I called down to the front desk and within 10 minutes, I received a couple of towels, but not enough for the three of us in the room, and no face cloths. They also provided me with linens for the pull out couch at that time, but no pillow, which was OK, because I bring my own, and I used one from the Bedroom. When I pulled out the sofa bed, there were multiple very large stains, one which was obviously blood. There was no mattress protector on it, so I folded it back up, and put the linens over top of the couch cushions to sleep there because once you see those stains, you cannot unsee it. In the morning after my shower, I went to blow dry my hair only to discover there was no hair dryer. so again I had to call down to request a hair dryer. 15 minutes later, I still had not received my hairdryer so I ended up borrowing one from someone across the hall that I saw in the hallway who was also complaining that they didn’t even have toilet paper when they checked in. The lady who was taking care of the breakfast in the morning seem to be very miserable, when I let her know the coffee was empty. they ran out of butter for bagels and they didn’t offer cream cheese. No pancakes or waffles so the only hot item for a vegetarian was the scrambled egg.

The location was good

Breakfast didn't have many options, didn't consider that some people can't eat pork at all, the staff tried helping but there isn't much they can do because of the provider. Not a kids friendly breakfast, waffle machine didn't work and was removed, that was the only option my kids could eat from the buffet, cereal wasnt anything that kids would like either.

Great value and awesome location

The room was very spacious. We were given a room on ground floor on request. The staff was very friendly.

Housekeeping gave us fresh towels every day but did not clean the room even after requesting, given that we were staying for 3 nights.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly.

The breakfast was average. It could use a bit more variety and some of the dishes in our cupboard were dirty.

It was a great stay. Will recommend it to others and will come back to stay here again.

Everything was clean and staff were helpful and accommodating.

The only issue we had was the walls were thin, no soundproofing that we can hear every conversation from the other rooms.

When asked for bedding for the pull out couch, we only got one sheet, one blanket and one pillow. We could have used a second sheet and second pillow. We had to go down and get it when they knew we were gonna use the pullout.
