Arturo, the front desk person(also breakfast service person) was very rude and helpless. We had made a reservation for an extra night on a different site and was very rude when asked if we could stay in the same room. At first he said no, but later he said the manager had authorized it. First time ever a hotel does not allow it. He wanted to charge $20 for a ride to train station which was 1.2 miles away. We paid $5.00 on Lyft

It was fine, but for the price I would go somewhere else.

The staff was friendly. We appreciated the transportation to and from the airport.

My sheet had what looked like a large coffee stain right where my head was supposed to be. The bathroom had no sink, but was rather in the room with the beds. I found that unusual.

Dirty room but has everything you could need for a short cheap stay.

good air conditioning and I appreciated the fridge.

lots of stains everywhere on bed. handprints on headboard. there was hair and scum in corners and walls of bathroom. Overall very dirty room.

staff was really nice and breakfast was great.

really loud street, made it hard to sleep. That is out of your control, but probably won't be staying there again due to that. the smell of the hotel as you walk in, is pungent, but the rooms were ok.

Ran out of eggs,sausage was cool and not fresh. Cleaning and buying needed to be done

The same person checking in people and working front desk also had to take care of breakfast area. Nobody was helping her. Not her fault, she was kind and very apologetic. Get her some help. Especially on weekends. Although the hotel was less than half full because of weather.

the parking. they had so many cars parked for people not even staying there just for long term parking there wasn’t any parking for guest actually staying there

The management and help were exceptional. Very helpful and polite.

More detail to breakfast area. I realize everyone is short on help, but cleanliness and restocking is a must. Food was fresh and warm though.

horrible! I will never come back!

I liked that it was close to the location we went to.

literally everything. I was so upset with this, I paid almost 200$ for a room then I got blocked in trying to leave. instead of the front desk lady calling a tow truck she made me wait around for people to start waking up. I was BLOCKED IN! I COULDNT LEAVE and I was trying to get home to my baby these people did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!

for an older hotel, my stay was good value for the price. Breakfast was self-service with various options.

staff helpful. this was an old hotel but the facilities generally appeared to be clean despite signs of age showing.

while the driver was nice, the shuttle service to the airport was in a older beat up people mover rather than a van. Pick up took a long time to come (30 plus minutes)
