Awesome stay!

It was okay and the staff was right on top of problems.

Staff nice and food varied for breakfast.

Twice we were locked out as key card not working. Maintenance came and fixed it. The pool was shut down as some valve was broken and a part was ordered, but no swimming. Also, just a small annoyance was the clock had wrong time and we were unable to change it.

Lots of potential but needs new management.

Good alternative location to downtown Napa. Also the Suites were nice and new, and modern.

Sofa beds are broken so you end up with a rollaway. Also, staff did not have beds ready. When they delivered the beds, I had to make them up myself.

Watch out for this place. They sneak fees like $12 for parking at a suburban location (not city). Found this out later and had to dig deep into the policies to even find it.

$12 parking fee not disclosed up front at a suburban hotel. Expect this in a major city downtown but not at a suburban facility. Just trying to squeeze you for more dollars without the fee being disclosed up front.

Wonderful and clean

Loved how nice the staff was, the hotel was very clean our room looked amazing. Beds very comfortable and they sold food until 10pm which helped us out a lot because of our late check in!

Awesome and will always keep coming back.

Always a pleasure to come back to this place! Good value for money and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. close to shops and restaurants.

We miss the jacuzzi :( Also the lobby can smell really bad sometimes even though it says no smoking.

I have aleays enjoyed my stays at Hilton usually they have the best bed/bedding. I checked out early so I could go

the bed was terrible - can hear the person above walk across the floor above you. After a 3 hr drive arrived at hotel and both men’s and woman’s lobby restroom out of order.

We would absolutely stay here again & bring our own pillows 🤪

it was clean, comfortable, staff was courteous & friendly. Breakfast each day was good and plentiful.

I only have one complaint. The pillows were beyond horrible, as in absolutely flat. We just grabbed a couple of our own for cheap at a semi-local store so it wasn’t a big deal.
