Very comfy bed but NOT Clean

The front desk gentleman that was there was super nice and the beds were quite comfortable. The location was also a big plus

Our room was DIRTY, almost gross. We found chocolate bar wrappers (1 kit kat and the other was Aero bar. The bathroom was filthy. The bathtub had pink mold around the drain, the stainless parts of the bathroom had not been cleaned for months of that I am sure. We could still see previous customers fingerprints, palm prints, et all. There was mold in the bathtub, a ring of filth around the bathtub so I told my children not to take a shower and to use the bathroom as little as needed. For a "3 star hotel" I was expecting our room to be totally cleaned like vacuum the floor... But the ENTIRE floor/carpet done. Same with the bathroom. I shouldn't have to go to Super C and buy cleaning products to clean my "3 star hotel bathroom".

tout en général. piscine et lit pour dormir.

la cafeteria n était pas accessible pourtant on voit une belle cafétéria sur le site web, sur le site on ne parle pas qu elle est fermée et depuis longtemps, pas de déjeuner non plus, on en parle pas sur le site et aucune salle de séjour pour lire sauf l entrée de l hotel qui est innapropriée pour cela et la salle de conférence non accessible. la terrasse extérieure est laissé a elle même depuis longtemps, loin des photos montré sur le site internet. une petite télévision murale placé en face de un des 2 lit queen de la chambre, pour celui qui a l autre lit on voit très mal la télé.

Great value for family.

I loved the patio entrance right where the car was parked, and having a little balcony if you're in the second floor. The hot tub and the pool was great, especially after skiing /snowboarding. I liked the mini fridge and microwave and even had a few dishes with dish soap. In all, great value, location wise, good, everything is close in Saint-Sauveur, it's a super small town.

The rooms could have been cleaner, like the walls and spaces that you don't see right away. And the beds/pillows weren't the most comfortable. The WiFi wasn't very strong.

Furniture and fireplace were dusty Furniture was in bad condition There were no instructions on how to turn off the air conditioning Three bath mats and one hand towel were found in the bathroom. As a result, a bath mat had to be used as a hand towel. A dirty bathrobe was left on the hook on the back of the door in the bathroom. No information provided on how to operate the TV with the remote.

Great location not far from the highway, plenty of restaurants nearby. Stayed here for Canadian F1 Grand Prix as to avoid the high Montreal prices for Grand Prix weekend. We commuted 35 minutes to Metro Station Montmorency which had plenty of parking. Free parking outside & super cheap all day parking inside. We took the metro to the track from there. All the staff at hotel were super nice & helpful. We’ll being staying there next year for the race.

We would of liked to have the room cleaned every day but we know hiring staff at this time is hard to do… but that won’t stop us from staying there again.

Great hotel - poorly maintained and with poor service.

Nice property, poorly maintained.

Poor maintenance of the property overall - it appears neglected Room was not cleaned properly before. Digital lock on the room door broken - I had to ask 5 times to reprogram without success. Finally, one of the receptionist (John), accused me of faking the door lock being broken! Yeah, why would I run to the reception 5 times? Faucet clogged - took 24 hours to address it Screen door to the patio ripped - had a big hole on it Plastic table on the patio - collapsed on use Toilet flush broken. Had to manually adjust each time. Fridge was not cooling properly Patio grass neglected - overgrown

under new mgmt and it will take a while to fix all their issues but overall the stay was good

convenient location

no breakfast option was provided. only coffee. $5 for 3 items and very poorly stocked. indoor pool was not heated -room was but the pool water was VERY cold. no paper towels (we had a suite so nothing provided to clean up plates and no Kleenex

Nothing great but ok for a sleep.

Location was great. Lots of cute little shops and restaurants. Everything was close to the hotel.

Rooms definitely could have been cleaned better there was hair from the last person in the shower and on the bathroom vanity then I left a towel out over night and found some ants and something crawling on it disgusting. The showers drain as a little clogged there definitely need to be upgrading in the hotel.

Okay to stay at if you just need a clean room.

it was quiet, the room was clean, the staff nice. but very basic.

the restaurant was closed, vending machine broken. After a long day of work, I was tired and wanted to just eat in. . No breakfast is offered, you can purchase costco wrapped muffins and yogurt. no real service except room and parking. Sunday there was no hot water to shower. the internet was spotty.

Found it clean! Organized! Rooms very accomodating with lots of gadets available

I think the pool could be little warmer. Was little disappointing to have pool cold and the jaccuzi area of the pool cold. After a nice long day of ski a warm jaccuzzi would be amazing!

Disappointed !

Only the mountain view from our room !

Disappointed ! The executive suite is nothing like the picture with the 2 open doors that lead to the bedroom, when I showed the receptionists the picture I wanted he said we don't have that room here and that booking.com has outdated pictures, the indoor pool was dirty and mossy they say its a heated pool but was cold and the "jacuzzi" is in the pool and was also cold ! A few people left the hotel saying their room was dirty !
