That my key to room didn't work, my husband had to tk stairs 3 times to get key, the Mattress was terrible usually we hv a great experience..was sent email for upgrade accepted but was told no upgrade once I got there??

This hotel is convenient but not as well kept as I would like.

The location is great and the breakfast was good.

Our tub dripped. Maintenance came up and said it was fixed but it was not. The maintenance man had smoked something prior to entering the room so it left a bad smell when he left. Had to listen to tub drip throughout the night. There was hair in the tub. Also the building looks run down. Part of the floor was missing by the elevator. I wish we had free WiFi. My co-worker needed it to do some work. She had to use her hotspot instead.

It was a pleasant stay but the property needs work.

The staff was nice and attentive.

There were lots of things on a physical appearance level that made me feel like I didn’t get my monies worth- there was someone’s breakfast all outside of the entryway (never cleaned up) there was an elevator that was out of order and the other elevators flooring was cracked and chipping, there was tons of leaky water spots in stairwells and near dining area, pieces of ceilings were exposed, some locks on doors were hanging off and there was long pieces of hair all over my bed spread

I want a refund this was the worst experience I e ever had in a hotel in my life

Nothing the whole place smelt like mildew the pool was closed the tv couldn’t watch it kept cutting on and off and there was no room service even though it advertised it had room service

The smell the tv didn’t work the pool was closed and no room service the booking.com adverts pool was open and it had room service I’m gonna get my lawyers to look at this false advertising

Wasn’t a bad stay.. location was great, staff was nice, I don’t think the room was worth that cost…

Breakfast was ok, eggs weren’t as good but the staff was super nice…sausage was good though..

The air unit was ok, tub could’ve been cleaner and the hole at the base of the wall near the first bed should’ve been repaired before guests use that particular room…

rented a room with a king bed none millio we’re available. Had to wait at least two hours if we wanted one and didn’t have that much time to wait that long so we had to take a queen size

I only spent about eight hours there so it was alright for what I needed.

Location was perfect right off of I-75.

The water in the shower was lukewarm, the flat sheet was left off of one of the beds and the bedding was dingy.

Overall I was please with the cleanness of the room / hotel. No hot water was very disappointing.

Cleanliness of the room/hotel. The location was great closeness to local restaurants and shopping centers. As well as close and easy access to local highways.

There was no hot water at best the water temperature reached medium warm. The knob in the shower fell as I tried to adjust the water temperature.

location was perfect for what we needed

run down. could not adjust heat in our room. room was freezing and hallways were freezing. things were coming off the walls (towel hangers and baseboard moldings).

The next time I come, I would definitely book at Hampton Inn.

Provided the basics of what was needed for a quick trip.

The location was conveniently located. Parking was easy.

The gentleman who worked 7a - 3p was extremely unpleasant. He never spoke. He had his Bluetooth in his ear talking to someone on it while standing at the desk. Never greeted or acknowledged a soul that was within arms reach let alone made eye contact. I was just very shocked to see his position. I called to ask about getting an early check — he approved my request then hung up as I said “okay thank you”. At check in the young lady went to grab him from the kitchen where he was apparently cooking something (after breakfast hours) and he came out as if she was bothering him. So she proceeded to check us in. Which went well. She was nice. Hospitality is not what it use to be. Breakfast was slim pickings. The room was clean and nice. Provided the basics of what was needed for a quick trip.

It served the purpose we went for (funeral) with our family in 4 rooms.

Breakfast was good with a nice selection.

Ice machine on our floor (4) did not work. 4 on elevator didn’t light, floor had stains that weren’t corrected during 3 day stay. Hallways looked tired and scuffed.

The stay was horrible.

When I checked in my first room they provided had mold behind the toilet and the baseboard had fallen off. I reported it to the front desk staff and they gave me another room. That room at noisy neighbors and they partied the whole night. We went downstairs once and no one was at the front desk. I called the front desk, and no one answered. I went downstairs a second time and told the front desk person. The following day we noticed mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. I just checked out early. The whole experience was horrible and unsatisfactory.
