A comfortable overnight after being in the northeast, prior to our morning's flight.

The room preparation was top notch. The front desk staff was very good.

Paid parking was not at all expected, nor the cost appreciated.

It was fine for one night.

Shuttle bus service to and from airport.

My room wasn't as clean as it could be. I wiped down desk, side table and found small hair in the bathroom. I was only there for 1 night so it wasn't a deal breaker. I would not select this hotel again if I was actually spending time in NY.

Lohnt sich trotz der nähe zum Flughafen nicht!

Wir hatten das Hotel wegen des Flughafenshuttles genommen und weil wir relativ spät Nachts angekommen sind und die Lobby 24h offen hat.

Im Nachhinein hätten wir lieber direkt ein Uber zur nächsten Unterkunft vom JFK aus genommen und uns die Nacht dort gespart. Super altes Interieur, Frühstück unterdurchschnittlich und keine sichere Gegend. Preis Leistung ist meiner Meinung nach sehr schlecht, auch wenn es für NY relativ billig ist.

Clean had adequate breakfast and areas to sit.

Our bathroom tub did not drain properly and it left a residue on tub that was slippery. Also took forever to drain while you were taking a shower room 1215.

Emplacement suffisant pour une nuit.

Chambre et salle de bains spacieuses. Emplacement proche de l'aéroport et possible d'avoir la navette pour s'y rendre.

Pas de four dans les chambres et pas de supérette à côté de l'hôtel. Insonorisation pas terrible. Pas de laverie. Il faut se présenter très très tôt à la navette au risque de ne pas pouvoir la prendre. Horaires de petit déjeuner inadaptés à un hôtel près d'un aéroport mais on nous a donné un sac à emporter avec un en-cas assez basique. La salle a manger est face à la porte d'entrée et à l'accueil.

اذا مضطرين تحجزون شي قريب من المطار حطوه في اللسته غيره لا

يمشي الحال اذا بس محطه ( راحه ) خدمة الشاتل باص مفيده بس تأخر علينا وايد الريوق حيل متواضع صنفين بس القهوه والماي طول الوقت موجوده في الاستقبال

الغرفه صغيره حيل الحمام قديم يحتاج تجديد السرير مو ذاك الزود النظافه فيه الكمبل قديم خيوطه طالعه مو نظيف

We were only there on a 10 hour layover so we just needed a place to sleep. The bed was comfortable and it had great AC

It was close to the airport and the AC was amazing. The staff was friendly.

I wish there had been help with the bags and the shuttle service was too busy. Maybe the shuttle service needs to be run more often? We had to Uber because the shuttle was just too full after waiting through two rotations.

Close to JFK with a shuttle during day, as expected except for oddly stale smell in rooms.

Breakfast always a treat at a Hampton. Fresh blueberries by the waffles and sliced almonds by the oatmeal were welcome. Towels fluffy and thick, beds comfortable, staff super even after midnight.

Room smelled of stale smoke. Next room better but still not the fresh clean air I would like for this chain. Very pleased that they easily gave us a different room. Airport shuttle in the morning was efficient and every half hour. Couldn't get it the night before as too late, after 11:30 pm.

Unfreundliches Personal, keiner hat seine Arbeit erledigt.

Das Zimmer war ganz schön.

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich, absolut nicht hilfsbereit und eher genervt vom allem. Der Shuttlebus ist 2 Stunden lang nicht aufgetaucht, wir mussten uns selbst ein Taxi organisieren, was dem Personal auch sehr egal war. Es wurde auf keine E-Mail geantwortet. Es wurde nicht von Telefon abgehoben. Also niemand dort war bereit seine Arbeit zu machen.

Plentiful and very generous . Good food . Charming and efficient check in staff . Our housekeeping Maria was efficient and very polite .

Nice but over priced

The bed was comfy, so clean, and the breakfast was relatively diverse. My boyfriend has a very strict diet and even he could find something. The staff were friendly and the fact that they had a shuttle to JFK every 30 minutes came in so handy.

The toiletries were so limited, the shuttle was so small, and the facility was a little old. So, although it was comfy it was a little over priced

It was a great stay. I’d book there again

I like that there was a variety. But, didn’t care for some of the offerings.

Each morning the oatmeal was stiff and unappealing. If your going yo see be it, make it with care.

Summer IPA from the bar was good

Not recommended. The bus to the owner Hilton hotel looks like a prison bus. This hotel is in a dodgy area with rubbish all over the pavements if you catch the public bus there and then walk. Then again it’s a realistic introduction to America if that’s what you want. There is evidence of bad repairs to the ceiling where maybe it leaked. Wing shade of paint. The shower curtain let water all over the floor. Generally speaking a forgettable place and very much not worth the money sorry

Near the airport and had shuttle. They also have late checkout leaving the hotel at 3pm

We had many problems with the room key that wasn’t working and we had to move to another room. The breakfast could be better

Hôtel situé proche de JFK. Pratique avec le shuttle dans les deux sens Simple et pas cher de se rendre à Manhattan (bus + métro 1h15 environ) Les lits n’ont rien de sensationnel… pas un grand confort mais le principal est là Service de bagagerie pour laisser les valises en attendant l’avion

Le quartier n’est pas très rassurant au premier abord

basic but did what it needed to

shuttle was a great addition but it wasn't clear how we actually got it - it was only because a friend stayed a few days earlier than us and told us what to do

communication could have been clearer about the shuttle and the 5am shuttle the next day was full although we got to reception at 4.50am as advised. we had to take a taxi or we would have been touch and go on our flight so if you are that busy I would suggest more than 2 shuttles an hour

Perfect location and all the staff were so helpful including the shuttle drivers

The Ladies at the front desk were Fantastic!! I think the one lady’s name was Katie and the other lady that I am sorry I did not get her name Both of them were so helpful!! They are Special!

Great location for JFK

The shuttle service was great. It arrived at Federal Circle, and the driver was helpful and courteous. Also we were very grateful that the shuttle dropped us off at our terminal. Once again, the shuttle driver was wonderful. Finally the check in and out process was very easy, and the staff was lovely.

The room was very roomy, but it would have been nice to have some extra towels for the shower. Otherwise we were very happy with the room.
