The breakfast was very good. The staff were so good and sympathetic because my husband was in the hospital (Lahey Clinic in Burlington). They were exceptional and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Didn’t , got in at Midnight, left around 8am
Checking in at midnight the man in front of me, his room wasn’t ready, he was not happy!
Took forever to check in, computer issues
4.0
I like the location, siren of area
I think breakfast is too expensive, and I wish they put benches back outside when the weather gets better .
3.5
The location was close to where friends and relatives were.
The bathrooms poor design when they did the renovation. Now that the floors are even with the shower there were no mats to step on so water is also on the bathroom floor since the shower curtains are several inches above the floor and will have to be careful walking across the bathroom to get a towel which is about six feet from the shower since no towel holders are near the shower. An accident waiting to happen. Second night there no room service.

Convenient to our location visit
Clean, easy access, amenities
1.5
It was a place to stay
The room was old and outdated, it was dirty, the carpet didn’t seem clean at all.
3.5
The location was nice!
It was under construction and we didn't know that the pool wasn't available until we checked in.
2.5
The location was nice, and right off the freeway.
Pool was out of service. They were doing construction on the building, so a light breakfast was offered for “free” in return. The kind of breakfast that should be free regardless of construction. Shuttle was advertised, but has not been available since pre-Covid.

It was close to a mall but no of the amenities were available as they were under renovation and that was not told to me prior to driving 5 hours there and they also refused to discount my stay even though we had switched to this motel for the pool and restaurant that we had zero access to
The place was under renovation which they never told us until we checked in and refused to discount anything off even after I explained we switch motels for the amenities they were supposed to have and paid more so we could have a pool, hot tub, restaurant, etc and none of those were available

The hotel was nice and comfortable despite the currently renovation running on the ground floor.
Staff are Friendly and well knowledge on the Front Desk (special thank you for Nick )Room was clean, beds and pillow very comfortable. Location is very close to the shopping center but the hotel is in very calm area what we like the most you can sleep deeply. We liked so much our stay with the family and will rebook again when visiting Boston.
2.5
The location and price.
The location was under construction.

Nice staff and that is the only good thing I can say about the hotel. Sorry.
Almost everything - I'm not even complaining about a smelly room, but it was dirty -I found half-rotten onion in the cabinet (SIC!), crumbles and other guest notes in the desk etc. The breakfast was under any possible standard! Selection was close to none and not tasty. I know it is a US hotel, not European, but this one was literally one of the worst if not the worst hotel I ever been to.
3.5
Convenient location. Plenty of parking. Quiet and comfortable. Very helpful and personable staff.
Just … in midst of renovations.
3.5
the room was fine and the location was convenient.
the renovations meant no pool, gym or restaurant.
1.5
No continental breakfast was served which was disappointing
It seemed like 50% of the hotel was under renovations while you're still having guests walk through a maze of construction workers and dangerous conditions. This hotel should not be operating well under construction like that

Desk clerk was nice. Room was clean. Good location and quiet area.
I booked this place specifically because it had a pool, and the pool was closed. The clerk was nice about it, but I was so disappointed because I was with my niece. I never get to see her and I was so sad I couldn’t give her that experience. I really wish hotels would let their guests know if that’s happening (in advance, not at check-in) so they can have the option to go elsewhere. By the time we got there finding another place would have been rough.
Also — no breakfast at all without paying?? I’ve never heard of such a thing. They should advertise that in big bold letters, too!
4.5
Great location. Hot breakfast buffet available for $16/person. Not happy with broken ice machine on 2nd floor. Halfway down the hall, away from elevator, which we were next to. Sent my 72 year old husband down hall, then back to elevator, down to 1st floor, back down hall, back to elevator, and up again. How about a sign in elevator letting people know this?
Notification regarding broken ice machine.

The location was convenient. Close to the major highways
The room was dirty. My bath towels and washcloths s were dirty and obviously had not been washed effectively. Areas that I thought maybe were stained, I was able to wipe clean with a wet cloth. Also someone entered my room while I had the privacy sign up. Waited 20 min in the front lobby waiting for someone to talk to while there was a sign up saying no one was available. in fact another guest who was trying to pay for snacks from the marketplace waited and waited and waited, he tried to call the hotel to get someone out so he could pay but finally gave up and just took the snacks. Finally after 20 min a woman came out of the back office door. She was able to give an explanation as to why someone entered my room. Thankfully none of my belongings were missing.

The breakfast good but little expensive
Elevators was little scary

The staff was amazing. From management to housekeeping, very nice, polite, courteous and professional.
Hotel seemed a little run down compared to other Hilton locations I have stayed at. Signs say under remodel so maybe that’s why. Some examples are carpets could be better vacuumed or shampooed, there was metal corners unattached on kick plates in elevator, safety issues.
