Motel I stay in while in Red Deer!

I have been going to this motel for a few years now, they do a good job. Staff are easy to talk to, location is on the north end of Red Deer, 15 mins from my location I attend.

Good for the rate.

Staff were great. Little breakfast room was good. Shower water pressure was amazing.

Beds were very squeaky, pillows were lumpy. No coffee maker in the room

Great budget stay!

Great continental breakfast and open early, 0530, good motel for worker/morning people👍😉😁. Helpful front desk, meet our needs at a budget price!

Moe attention to booking.com/online request would have been nice before check-in but I can live with accomodation after booking. Minimum standards were met.

I could say it's pleasant.

I like the friendly staff. The room has kitchenette so you could actually cook eventhough we haven't use it.

There are minor things that needed a maintainance job. Oven is out of order, the toilet bowl is wobbly.

Thanks to the staff, but the place needs some serious renovations and cleaning.

The guy who checked me in (I believe his name is Taha) is an amazing guy, very friendly and helpful.

The housekeeping is so bad, I have pics to share if management cares. I believe we got bed bugs bites, will have to confirm with the doctor and follow up with Albert health.

Low price with fair facilities.

Fair value for the price. The kitchen appeared to be from the 1960's. The hotel will need to do a myriad of updates to continue to operate.

Bed sheets were stained, pillows were old and lumpy and the kitchen was archaic. Location was good and it was surprisingly quiet.

Room was very cold when arrived as no heat was turned on . The floor was very cold . Snow need to be removed from parking lot but the walkway was clear .

staff was very friendly, room was pretty clean.

no clock, coffee maker, free breakfast only until 9, pillows were old and bumpy. I’m an overworked Health Care Aide in dire need of a king bath but the bathtub was horrendous, no way I would bathe in it.

I booked on November 2,2022 for our 1 night stay on November 5, 2022 and received a confirmation. At 7:16 pm of November 5, we are already in Innisfail when Max, the front desk phone me and was told that no room for us.

Minor cleanliness issues, but overall good experience

Good value and location. All amenities are within walking distance. Suites are decent for the price.

During my first stay there were issues with cleanliness. There was a pile of crumbs on the floor near the sink counter that weren’t cleaned up from the previous guest. The bedsheets also had a very unappealing stain on them. I ended up grabbing a new top sheet because of this. Other than those things, I did enjoy my stay at the Red Deer Inn. All of the flooring in the rooms has had the carpets removed which is a plus for hygienic reasons. Everything that you could possibly need is within walking distance from the Inn as well. There is a liquor store and laundromat right across the parking lot, and a corner store and many fast food places within only a couple of blocks from there. A coworker of mine had mentioned that the restaurant/pub that’s attached to the Inn serves great food as well, though I haven’t tried it myself. With all that being said, I would stay here again the next time I’m in Red Deer. You will usually have to book a room a day or so in advance as this place fills up pretty quickly.

Value for money, good stay

The check in was quick and the person at the reception was . helpful . We had a long drive in bad rainy weather and we were tired. He offered bottled of water which was nice. Breakfast is to go, with cereal,milk fresh fruit and coffee, which was fine for us. They don't have coffee tea maker in the room but have coffee at the reception. They were able to keep us in the same suite after we request to extend it. The two bedroom suite was good with its own temperature control. Soft and firm pillows with labels were good.

There was some burnt plastic smell from the newly installed wall heater unit. We needed to ventilate the room few times.
