Great location, comfortable rooms!

The agent didn’t go into booking.com to check my reservation, he only checked his pos system. I had to call the third party to get my reservation confirmed. I was arriving for a funeral and the small inconvenience wasn’t what I was anticipating but seemingly felt worse than it should have. My family was waiting in the lobby with me with all of our bags.

Lack of confirmation of reservations.

Stayed one night and have no serious complaints. Liked it.

Breakfast was better than expected, better than at most higher level places.

Air on was a little loud during the night.

Overall, the stay was enjoyuable and would stay there again.

The breakfast was good. Everything was clean and well kept, staff were friendly and accommodating.

Pool could have been a little bit more supervised. A large group of young people took over the entire pool and area so was hard to enjoy it.

Not good for the amount we had to pay.

Not much of a breakfast. Location ok. Uncomfortable beds.

We couldn’t use the pool. We were not told about this in advance. When I complained, he did take $40 off the bill which was appreciated. All the doors were scratched up. It was a very dark room. The fridge never got cold.

Good staff, location and beds.

All the staff specially the girl that was looking after the breakfast items were very friendly. Room was comfortable, beds were good and the location was good as well.

It is an old building and they should change the carpet as it looks old and dirty.

Tired property. Elevator out of order, appliances in breakfast room out of order. Carpeting old. Bathroom fan in room was filthy, shower nozzle was black with dirt. Overpriced but was our only option

Not the best stay

It was quite clean and there has definitely been upgrades done to the hotel. Breakfast was had a good variety.

The room did not have bedding for the pull out couch and only had 2 sets of towels even though our reservation clearly stated 2 kids and 2 adults. When we asked for bedding, they gave us 1 sheet and a bed spread. No pillows were available. The nail strip that holds the carpet down was sticking through the carpet and stabbed your feet when you walked through the room. These were in high traffic areas, not along walls and such. (Where entrance tiles transitioned to carpet, Around tiles of jacuzzi transitioning to carpet, walking out bed room to sitting room)

adequate in a pinch and reasonably clean but mediocre and priced as if it’s great

needed somewhere to stay, staff was friendly. sheets were soft and comfortable. Water pressure and temperature decent.

expensive for overall low quality. Bed was old and moved with every twitch. Tap water not drinkable. Breakfast had eggs and bacon and pre-made waffles. Toaster didn’t toast and coffee was mediocre. Elevator was broken (though staff was nice about it)

Noisy, couldn't sleep as there were kids hockey teams above me and. They were loud till 2 3 am. The room was so dirty in the drawers the Jacuzzie the whole room was sick

we love coming to Yorkton, but would look at another hotel as an option.

the location is very good. it’s always nice to have a continental breakfast as an option.

it really wasn’t that clean, it was priced rather high for how it presented itself.

An ok place to stay. I’d stay here again.

Pleasant staff, room was quiet and clean, bed comfortable and everything (shower, tv, AC) worked properly. Room was equipped with a MW and mini fridge 🤗

it’s getting a little dated. cheap furnishings are starting to fall apart. Common area vents and ducts look dirty and dusty and should be cleaned.
