The property is a great location and we had a room with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains.
It is very dated, I found that it was not clean at all. The hallway on the floor of my room had food for my entire stay. My room was also not super clean, I ended up leaving a day early. Pools were packed and dirty, spa was mediocre and extremely overpriced.

Location is good but nicer in photos but we are still happy with our stay
More cleanliness and the key card always failed more than 3 times

We booked for a 4 star hotel, but got a 3 star room (old and dingy ) in the Heritage ( real old ) building, with no service. As we entered a dingy room, we found a large bed , consisted of two old single beds clumsily put together, and not properly made, placing a thin bed cover tucked in between the two un-ironed old sheets. We could not tell whether they are clean or not. Needless to say, we were greatly shocked to see this type of accommodation at the Harrison Hot Springs Resort and Spa, introduced by Booking. Com, as a 4 Star Hotel, eagerly awaiting the arrival of un-suspected guests, like us. Besides, a coffee maker we found on the table was old and broken. There was no microwave oven. So we could not eat snacks or make coffee or tea after the dips at the spar downstairs.
The Spar was crowded on that night, poorly lighted and appeared unsafe and unclean. We did night see night guards or attendants watching exited children and old folks.
The picture we saw on line looked fantastic, but the this hotel's building was consisted of an old part called Heritage Building, West Tower (?) and a newer building. Unfortunately, we got a dingy room at this old section of the hotel which was not a 4 star room by any standard. Yes, we stayed at this hotel only one night, but we came home unhappy, because our experience there certainly spoiled our little vacation. Our Lesson: Be aware of the fake advertisement or don't be fooled by a great picture (like you see on the front page of Booking. com introducing this hotel)!

Beautiful location and really enjoyed the baths. Even the drive out is pretty! The room was great - large and comfy - with amazing water pressure in the showers and comfortable large beds. Allan was so helpful putting us next door to our friends who booked separately 💕 we really appreciated that!
No creamer (only whitening powder) for coffee available anywhere in the hotel, no easy way to get hot water for other hot drinks as there is a k cup machine in the room but no hot water kettle. No microwave to heat up food (we had brought some pancakes) and the blankets were quite thin. After adding the extra blanket in the room it was good!

The overall hotspring experience.
Checked in at 1pm and got the room at 4pm, and I was lucky. I saw some families that got their room past 6pm even though they checked in at about same time with me.
The resort showed pet friendly on its site. Bit truth is it is pet friendly in some rooms. So please make sure to call in before your travel.
Pricey for a remote hotel.
It needs some renovation in the older wing of the buildings.

Located us overlooking pool. Very noisy as no ac so had to keep windows open. Screaming kids till 10pm

The room was clean.
The hot pools were great, and my 4 years old daughter had lots of fun.
Great location, close to the lake and restaurants.
The room was dark because of a very small window.
The beds were squeaky, and one of them was actually wobbly as well.
You need to call reception to change the towels, and there is no room cleaning during the stay.

the pools were great
the spa was awesome
our room was facing the pools, quite noisy
expensive coffee shop

The Pools are amazing, and let's face it, that's what matters.
The older part of the hotel has tired rooms and hallways that need new carpeting. Secondly, these rooms have no air conditioning and so they are uncomfortable when the weather is hot. Lastly, there is a hidden resort fee that is not made apparent until you check-in. It was only $25 but is should've been transparent.
In general, a nice stay but over-priced.

The pool area and spa
Room was dusty and old, the room wasn't cleaned. the bathroom toilet was broken, the bed sheets were stained, our room overlooked the pools and was so loud even when staff trying to get people out hours past pool closure times. no AC in rooms and the staff was extremely rude and gave the impression they dont have time do you and that you are annoying them.
Had to ask 3X for a fan for our room no call back from front desk. Called 4X for maintenance no response, missing robes in our room had to ask once again annoyed with us asking or calling down.
The front desk clerk was check in and check out didn't ask how your stay way or anything. Checking in the front desk didn't tell you anything where to park, where ammenties where, anything about the property just here is your key and leave my desk. When we asked about wifi they said they dont have that yet there is wifi hubs in ceilings on each floor. We also asked where the ice machine was and they said you have to come to the front. Asked a maintenance working when passing through the hallways and they said oh its on your floor down the hall and to the right.
No luggage carts if you want to carry your own luggage up you can but there are no trolleys. If you want a trolly you must do valet and bell service as a extra charge / tip. Parking is in the back of the building approx 3-5 blocks away. The staff are extremely rude and i will NOT ever be going back to this establishment ever again.

The property is good in general, but all pools have horrible smell of bleach, and you are soaking in bleach not in spring water…..
Also we checked the amount $$ and currency exchange on booking app, that we were paying for the hotel at the time of check in, but I have checked today, and we were changed almost $250 US dollars more.
I will not use booking anymore if they don’t know how to convert currency.

the pool was cold and dirty . the rooms are noisy . do a day trip to spa at whistler or something else . this place is dated and poorly run!

staff were friendly
food was good and large portions
the hot springs were nice
- rooms are too outdated, the pillows need to be more comfortable.
- the inside spa pool which was a quite zone yet full of screaming kids, so it was hard to relax.
- noise from above our room kept us awake all night. not the fault of the hotel but maybe tell guests to be more respectful.

Love the pools and grounds. The staff were all great - reception and housekeepers friendly and helpful. One waitress in the lounge was exceptionally friendly and so cheerful!
No complaints but it would be nice to be provided a bag for wet swimsuits like in the ' old days'
