Stay was ok, not special, but adequate for our needs

The location was near the road we needed to get to and was not noisy. Did not eat breakfast.

Was a little hard to understand the check in clerk, but, she was friendly and helpful.

Great visit but way to expensive for such a basic hotel

The room was updated and very clean. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating.

The facility was old gym equipment didn’t work well and very small, no pool, breakfast area was very small to accommodate guest. On the first morning I grabbed food from the buffet and it tasted off so I waited for a new batch to come out that’s when I realized it was old food they were serving. The remainder on the stay I did not come down right away opening I waited to ensure I was getting fresh food.

Got off to a bad start but improved.

Day staff were helpful and friendly

The man working the front desk was curt when I phoned to advise I would be arriving later than planned, close to midnight. He was unfriendly and confrontational that I tapped on the window (I could see him sitting there) when he didn’t answer the phone to unlock to lobby door. No greeting just jumped into saying he didn’t appreciate the tap on the window. Continued to complain during the entire checkin process. Definitely needs some public relations training. The day staff were amazing which turned my impression of this experience around.

fine except for the dining room

staff and room were fine. breakfast was fine.

parking lot was full at door #3 when we returned at 9 pm. Finally found a tight spot There was a homeless man in the dining room that I found frightening.

Disappointing

The bed was comfortable.

There were brown smears on the shower wall I had to wash off before using the shower. There was black mold in the washroom. There was a blow dryer available but it didn't work. The shampoo dispenser was so empty that not a single drop came out.

We liked everything about it. it’s conveniently located. Quiet and comfortable. Tim Hortons right beside it. great price. beds were super comfy. And there were rooms available when we were stuck and needed them. Staff are helpful and gracious. Air worked great. lots of pillows and towels. Great Choice.

it didn’t have an elevator. I have trouble with stairs and our room was on the third floor. But easily fixed. Manager told me to park at the back of building and the entrance there was only one flight up to the stairs to the third floor and my room was two doors down from that entrance.
