Decent value for money for long stays if you have a car to move around.

We booked a double queen bed suite with kitchenette. The rooms were spacious, bathroom was also well equipped and spacious. Breakfast was good, offered a variety of items every day (sausage, bacon, fried eggs, toast with jam and butter, etc). There was a vending machine and an ice maker on each floor, and a water cooler on ground floor. Hotel has plenty of free parking spaces. Wifi is good and internet speed is decent.

No guest lobby. There's only a single bench for waiting. The suite we booked had only one office chair, and one single-seat sofa, not enough for a 4 guest suite. Lighting in the rooms is not the best. The hotel offers only "light housekeeping", and they offer full housekeeping for long stays on the 3rd night. But you'll have to request and insist on housekeeping personally, otherwise they will miss cleaning the room on the 3rd night. Location 15-20 minutes far from city center by foot. Not too bad, but there's not much going around in the hotel's neighborhood, so you have to have a car to move around.

Very pleasantly surprised and very impressed with the staff and the breakfast.

Breakfast was really excellent, as was the pool and gym. We didn't expect that and it was most welcome.

Location could have been better. It was not in what you would call a tourist location.

We have no complaints. Good value.

Cleanliness. Breakfast was one of the better ones. Very good.

Could be updated to look a little newer. Chair for example. Not a major issue.

Bed was no comfortable and pillows were way too filled/large and hard.

Very nice and affordable.

Enjoyed the pool, I like to swim for exercise in the morning.

I forgot my iphone charge cable unfortunately they didn't have a spare at the front desk.

Will never stay or recommend to any of my friends

Staff was rude tried to charge me twice for the room got back from our Halloween party went to our room for a call saying they had numerous complaints all night even though we just got back to the room and weren’t there till 4 am then the front desk starting calling at 7 to wake you up and continued to call until we decided to leave at 10:30 all in all just a bad experience of a hotel and really was the lowest point of our outing

Beds were comfy and had a great breakfast, quick check-in!

My sheets were dirty as though they werwnt changed, so I removed them and used my own bedding. We checked in late and were very tired, so I didn't call the front desk. The bathroom walls were very dirty and doors as well. With a detailed cleaning, it would be much better.

thoughtful! the tub is non-slip, the couch fits my 5’3” frame, there was a selection of pillows. The pool is small so perfect for an adult.

Not bad as an easy value stay

The room smelled faintly that it was once a smoking room, otherwise very clean. The wifi password I received was from 2022 and didn’t work.

The breakfast room was comfortable and clean. The bed in our room was very comfortable. Everything seems nice and clean.

How the breakfast room is arranged was confusing. Doesn’t have a good flow. The room was huge so it felt empty. Could use a more comfortable couch. The bathtub looks a bit rough.

Overall a nice place, good staff and convenient location- the bathrooms need very deep cleaned

Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Very good location, 3 queen bed room is unique and very much appreciated!

The room cleanliness- specifically the bathroom.. the shower walls were coated in film and scuzzy- the floors were coated in dirt- needed a serious deep clean- did not want to shower in it.

disappointing!

There was a pool available & breakfast included.

Front desk clerk had trouble locating our reservation. said it was not in their system. Eventually he did find it. Their were 2 bags of garbage in our room that he came to remove. Noise from the highway kept me awake. He could have given us a room on the other side of the building. I was looking forward to making a waffle for breakfast but not to be. No waffle iron. just premade ones that you put through the toaster. grout on the floor in the bathroom needs cleaning. pictures showed renovated rooms with nice white bathroom counters. the one in our room was mustard yellow. my husband went looking for a can of pop & came back & said the machines were locked up. all in a disappointing visit. we will not be back.

The room size was great for the family. The breakfast my kids loved it Close to the places we needed to be Loved that security monitored the building

Very small pool No TV guide They didn't empty our garbages Towels are way to small, lots of plus size people take trips, very hard to dry off then the towel only covers 2 percent of your body at a time.
