I wasn't sure on the room at first because I'm a smoker and it was hard to get out on the deck too the pool, im hoping next time I can book the cabin a cross the from red blue and green complex. Because we're night owls and don't like disturbing anyone but the jacuzzi tub was my hubby favorite thing of the entire night

The room it self only because it was inside the house but it was a wonderful stay.

Being off-season I was the only one there. The room and bathroom were recently reno'd and clean. Central location suited my needs.

Although I thought it was great that they had installed a heat pump, I ended up turning it off as I prefer to sleep cool and the air was blowing directly in my face.

Specifically asked for room with good Wi-Fi when booking room. Given room with unusable Wi-Fi (1 bar, kept cutting out). Ironically, another Wi-Fi API in the name of the owners was 5 bars, but I didn't have the network key for that one. The room was very cold. The HVAC unit in the unit put out cold air only despite jacking the temperature and switching from cooling to heating. The old heating unit in the room and bathroom was switched off or disconnect. I went back to complain and the office door was not answered. I was so cold I had to sleep with my clothes on to get warm enough to sleep. There was no breakfast despite the listing saying there is. Also, I tried to check out at 7AM and again office door locked and no one answered. I was forced to leave my key in my room

The location was easy to find

The door on room 5 had to be slammed . The room was freezing when we got there. There was no book in room telling us where places were like stores and restaurants. No place to eat breakfast

very run down internet was only intermittent, unable to live stream a movie due to slow reception coffee machine but no coffee.

The website shows pet friendly, we booked they booking.com and specifically said we had a pet. When we arrived we were told no pets are not allowed even tho we had a card for an emotional support animal. Not allowed. Not friendly about it either. When I asked why they say on booking.com that pets are allowed she said NO PETS! No reason given.

The bed was comfortable. The sofa was comfortable . Did not have the breakfast.

Very musty smell as you entered, opened all windows and it helped. The fireplace (electric) did not work, the remote did not work for the tv. Very noisy guests.. men in the cottage near us were loud until late (11pm) No fan.. hot summer evening. The photo on the website had me believing it was much larger than it really is, and that would be quite cramped.

No breakfast provided. However in addition to the coffee maker there was a small microwave and fridge. Very pleased and there was a lovely pool. Motel has recently had extensive renovations done. See pictures.

Virtually everything (pubs restaurants) in the town was closed (in early July!).

I liked the room

IThat I forgot an expensive zoom boom speaker and they kept it. And heard later that day that others had forgotten things behind and went back for them and never got them back. Still never received my receipt for my room!

Permanent no breakfast, no regular coffee, only decaf, water and spider in jetted tub when we got there, the amount of dust and cobwebs in our room was horrible, no cups except coffee mugs, with no coffee? Dirty towels..king bed with only two horrible pillows. Bedding for sure was not cleaned. No pool, no coffee, no cups, and too top it off, the shower would just stop every few minutes and you had to start all over again! And when that happened the water was nasty yellow! For close to $200 for the night, this will be my last time staying here. Use to be nice until it was sold to these new owners.

It appeared the room we occupied had been renovated throughout including the bathroom...very comfortable king sized bed.
