We are a multiple household family, who vacationed together over Easter.

The pool was a huge hit with the Grandchildren! Towel supply at the pool were replenished just as they ran low. The beds were very comfortable. Having a fridge AND microwave in the room is a nice touch.

The restaurant was understaffed. Hot tub was too hot.

A lovely stay in a cute little town

Staff were nice and friendly, more than happy to give recommendations of things to do and places to eat whilst in town.

Air con was right next to the bed and would wake me up every time it kicked in, also we were given a room directly opposite the lifts so we were graced with every conversation of anyone awaiting the lift.

Prestige not so prestigious

Location is good.

Unpleasant animal urine smell in the room. Fridge didn't work and wasn't replaced until we complained a second time. By then we were preparing to leave. No breakfast and coffee only available until 8am.

Cozy, comfortable room. Central location. Friendly front desk and housekeeping staff.

Very central. Bed comfy. Pool was nice but very heavy on chlorine. Busy intersection where hotel located but no noise from street.

Fridge didn't work. Reported it to front desk and they were very responsive. Very noisy from hallways and barking dogs.

Nice stay, beautiful location.

Spa was great! Shana(sp) gave a great massage! We had a kitchenette, so we did our own cooking to save costs. Accounting for all the taxes in BC, we paid an extra $175.72 just in taxes .

All the taxes. We will think twice about a BC vacation. Housekeeping didn't replace the coffee pods.

The hotel was nice, the pool and hot tub were nice. The room was very clean

The restaurant was closed weird hours. On our second night it was closed from 12pm til the rest of the day so we had to go out to eat.

The decor of the interior, front desk staff were great, the pool and the hot tub (not crowded at all). Onsite restaurant had a good selection and food was good.

Good location to hot springs. Central location to restaurants.

We ended up not making it for the first night due to the weather. We contacted the hotel and was told to contact booking.com to cancel. We cancelled 1 night online, but found out that Booking.com ended up canceling both nights on us. Ended up paying a bit more at the hotel...

comfortable and clean

the rooms were great, clean and comfortable staff were very friendly

the pool doesn’t open until 10am and checkout is 11am. would be better if the pool was open at 8 or 9 am to get that morning swim/soak in before check out. The staff did allow us to check out at noon though so we were able to get a morning swim in
