Everything was good except for the families with the young athletes all over.
The children are running around, and parents didn't stop them.
9.0
Big room with nice design
Fast check in
Friendly staff
I found the price pretty high for a hotel in that area of Toronto

Day staff was AMAZING the two ladies were friendly and accommodating.
There was no breakfast included and the price for the room was really expensive for the area and amenities offered.

Nice and clean.
No breakfast 😢

I didn’t have breakfast
I was charged twice for the room.
Instead of the staff telling me there will be a hold on my card for security reasons

The staff were fantastic.
No bathtub. A little pricey for the location

Not sure, to be honest.. Maybe the size of the room, the fact that we had two queen size beds -even if they were uncomfortable-, and the location, in the middle of nowhere but somehow close to the airport -which is why we picked it.
We only spent one night, so maybe there were other good things about the property we didn't enjoy.
But several things that need to be improved:
- Noisy room -we had the one closer to the exit door and people was slamming the door all night
- Smelly room -it smelled like tobacco.. very disgusting
- Uncomfortable beds
- Couldn't have a crib in the room because the staff told us "it won't fit".. if I do the reservation with a baby, at least advice to pick another room. Besides this.. when we entered in the room, we confirmed there was plenty of space -so probably the guys at the reception were just lazy to include it because it was late in the night
- Worst breakfast offer ever -bad coffee, tea, couple of muffins, industrial croissants and apples... to be honest, it's better not to give anything than that. Or at least, have something nicer if we pay for it.
- Last but not least: night shift staff.. it was clear they didn't want to work that night

Clean & comfortable
Strange shower design, leaked from the door.

Stylish and easy to find. Restaurant wasn't open, shares a parking lot with several restaurants, including Tim Horton's and McDonald's. Several other restaurants are within walking distance.
On the night I was there, at least one, possibly two, school trips/teams MP 2

full kitchen ammenities is a nice feature, it is new so most of the things worked
restaurant was closed and no mention of that upon booking. the mobile wifi in the room that is advertised did not work , even after contacting the staff upon check in . Pillows were terrible, no support at all. The AC unit was phenomenal Shower is equipped with 3 soap dispensers ond only the shampoo was fiull, the other 2 were completley empty.

Nothing!
Didn’t like that the whole establishment was closed to the general public and had been since 2020! You all need to know these things before booking rooms for customers!!
7.1
Would have liked to have been informed that here was a lot of construction going on. Restaurant/Breakfast area was closed , so upon check in we were told to pick up our „Breakfast Box“ between 6am and 9 am from the Lobby .
But what effected me personally the most since I am very allergic to drywall dust was workers some even with ladders using the elevators dragging all the drywall dust with them.
