Just not happy with my stay

It has plumbing issues so it smelled like sewer After fixing it I had told front desk what could they do for me for the inconvenience and they said nothing because I got the room with booking.com. Also they never came from the 3 day stay to clean my room, I had to take out the trash just so they could take it even though I ask to get my room clean. Booking needs to do a better job on making sure all services are met with the hotels they work with

Nicht zu empfehlen!!

Die Fotos entsprechen absolut nicht der Realität, die Ausstattung ist total in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück mag für Amerikaner ok sein, für Europäer absolutes Minimum. Am 2. Tag haben wir nach dem Roomservice keine frischen Handtücher bekommen und die benutzen wurden mitgenommen, also hatten wir GAR KEINE. Nach 4x nachfragen (Anruf, Besuch an der Rezeption) wurden wir immer noch vertröstet „Wir bringen sofort Handtücher“. Die neuen Handtücher kamen nach Stunden!!!! Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich niemandem empfehlen, wir hätten um 50$ mehr im Paris Hotel direkt am Strip schlafen können….

Location is good .. I have stayed here before but now with this horrible experience I will not stay at this property.

Selected the place for the 3 ppl room, and was very disappointed.

The location is ok, the hotel is quiet and generally clean. There is a nice calm open space to stay during, very good for someone to work from the hotel. The gym is there. Not too big but useful.

The room we took was claimed to have a place for 3 people, that was the main reason we've selected the place. When we arrived, we found out that the sofa for the 3rd person was completely unusable, it was impossible to sleep on it. We asked to upgrade to a better room and were ready to pay, but the staff explained all rooms are exactly the same. We had to purchase another room for one of us. no refund was offered , so we double paid for the first room, and had to pay for another one. The breakfast was very low level. no fresh vegetables, almost no fruits. every day same, we stayed for 5 days, for the last day we just couldn't eat at all. The lighting in the rooms is very poor, it's dark and uncomfortable to stay.

Pudo ser mejor!

Ubicación y desayuno muy bueno! El personal de servicio muy atento.

La reserva se hizo para 3 personas, es decir 3 camas, pero la tercer cama (sofa cama) es muy malo, nadie puede dormir comodamente en un colchon que los resortes marcan la espalda. La tercer cama es MUY MALA

Fair experience. Nothing outstanding. Wish the breakfast hours were better.

Location to Convention Center was good. Hotel staff was nice.

Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was not open early enough on the weekend. The shower soaps had fallen off of the wall and the shampoo was empty. Ran out of Kleenex and toilet paper.

I highly recommend this hotel because of the excellent and fast customer service.

Excellent customer service. Sumptuous breakfast buffet. Quiet location. My kids and I had restful and comfortable sleep. Enjoyed the pool and fitness amenities.

Zeer prettig en rustig hotel met goede service.

Mooie architectuur, prettige klimatologische omstandigheden. Prima ruime kamer.

Douche in bad (had om een aparte douche gevraagd…). Het mooie grote raam met uitzicht was al lang niet gelapt.

Expensive, not cleaned, the hotel level is clearly not 4 stars, but less! I don't recommend it!

I can safely call this hotel 2-3 star maximum! The rooms are not clean, there is a lot of dust and not cleaned! For $640, which was charged from me for 2 days, it's too expensive.

The front desk person was rude several times. The person out front when parking was the same, rude, smoking and did treat anyone one with any. Care at all. Horrible experience.

We all loved it

The view of the sphere was awesome. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool. And breakfast was amazing. The complimentary drinks from 530 to 7 were also an unexpected treat!

I loved it. The staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel and pool was clean also.

I loved my room had a separate door to close from the kitchenette and bathroom area and was very clean. Wifi was great with all friendly staff and the happy hour area had very chill vibes.

Los tragos que te ofrecen y la chica que atiende el bar

La calefacción no funcionaba en la habitación, el hotel frío también sin calefacción, la atención en gral pésima, pedí unos cubiertos como 3 veces y nunca llegaron, la 5 cana nuestra era un sofá cama, pero el colchón era una feta y los resortitos se clavaban… nosotros pagamos por 5 plazas reales, las habitaciones muy poco espacio, no había papel higiénico y tuvimos que pedirlo, una de las fundas de almohada estaba usada y tuvimos que pedir que la cambien… teníamos 2 toallones para 5 personas, también tuvimos que reclamar… un desgaste Bastante malo, no lo recomiendo

Bien aunque mejorable el servicio

Las instalaciones y las habitaciones, que eran grandes.

El desayuno fue un desastre en relación a la organización. Además, eché de menos más fruta. Aparte, no nos dieron la habitación hasta pasadas las 17:00, aunque el check in es a las 16:00.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est à 30 minutes à pied du Strip. Le personnel fait de son mieux avec les moyens du bord.

Le matelas du canapé lit. Les enfants ont souffert du dos, le matelas est horrible, ce sont des ressorts et non un matelas. Pas de chocolat chaud pour les enfants, froid dans les céréales ou oeuf bacon. Chambre au 2e floor, à côté des sorties de climatisation du rez-de-chaussée. Du bruit toute la nuit.

Great Embassy Suites Stay in Vegas

Great stay. Very Clean hotel. Fast and easy check-in and check-out. Room and bathroom was spacious. Located near lots of convenient stores and restaurants. 15-20 mins from Strip in Vegas. Price of room was good value for experience. Complimentary breakfast. Restaurant on-site. Happy Hour bar (with complimentary guest drinks) on-site. Would definitely stay again!!

Be prepared to either pay $17 a day self parking or $20 per day valet. Site says parking on-site but I don't think they actually tell you the price. So I have. Thank me Later lol.

My truck was broken into imid morning and my window was broken not good security so we parked our car at our brothers hotel free valet we paid 17$ a day to park our car in their parking
