Doubt we will stay again since breakfast is important to us

Breakfast area very cold temperature causing it to turn cold quick. Confusing process and many questions about how to pay the breakfast bill.

We had a good time and would consider staying again.

The staff was amazing, extremely helpful and friendly. It was a great location.

The shower in our room flooded the bathroom every time we used it. Water would come out into the room. The bathroom door would not close. Staff came to check it but said there was nothing they could do. They did bring us extra towels to put on the floor to contain the water. I think as much as the room cost there should have been a complimentary coffee bar 24/7.

Great hotel perfect placement will return again

The bed and pillows was very comfortable The big TV was great I was able to look at the game and was very pleased with them quality of the TV. Housekeeping was very nice and friendly. Front Desk guy was amazing great personality.

The quality of the bath towels in the room was beneath standard they were hard didn't smell pleasant and they had some holes in it they need to be thrown away and invest in some good quality towels

My stay was amazing.

I loved the staff downstairs, I loved the valley parking. The rooftop pool was amazing and very relaxing. Nice and clean room right in the center of the fun. Everything was a 10/10.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about it.

Guter Service und Freundlichkeit kann über viele hinwegsehen lassen. Das war hier leider nicht der Fall.

Zentrale Lage

Zimmer war bis 17.00 Uhr nicht gereinigt. Rezeptionistin war extrem unfreundlich. Beim Check in wurde uns kommentarlos die Zimmerkarte hingelegt, ohne weitere Informationen. Wir waren 3 Nächte da und hatten mit Frühstück gebucht., für dass man extra Karten an der Rezeption holen musste. Das erfuhren wir am ersten Morgen, als wir zum Buffet wollten. Wir mussten jeden Tag um die Frühstückskarten an der Rezeption „betteln“. Wir wurden mehrfach abgewiesen, da die Karten gerade alle waren. Parken für 50 Dollar pro Tag fanden wir zu teuer. Das Hotel bedürfte einer Renovierung.

Nice hotel!

Super clean. Right next door to Ceasar's, so you can enjoy the casino and not pay casino room prices!

You have to valet park or take a chance parking on the road or a public pay lot. The valet parking lot is secure.

Location.

Old installations. Staff was not eager to help and seemed poorly trained. Breakfast is not varied Plus, they charged us usd1480 upon arrival just as a guarantee that was supposed to be canceled upon check out, it was a month ago and we are still struggling to get a refund because they are charging us.

Highly recommended

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Great central location. Close to riverfront, French Quarter and streetcar access. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We always choose this hotel when visiting New Orleans.

Too Expensive For a One Night Stay!

The room was really nice 👍

I didn't like the fact that the rooms are so expensive but you don't get a free breakfast or anything. They even charged me $3 and some change for a bottle of water that was in the room. This place doesn't give you anything free but a cookie!!

Clean and comfortable. A little further from entertainment centre than advertised. Walls thin - a lot of noise from people in other rooms going in 3am in morning or out 5am. However, staff great. Allowed us early check in when we arrived Breakfast expensive but restaurant and bar reasonable.

I had an amazing time in New Orleans. I always do. This was my first time staying at the Doubletree. I did enjoy myself.

I appreciate how nice the staff was and how close it was around everything

I didn’t care for the parking. I feel like the continental breakfast could’ve been better and I wish the bathrooms could’ve been a little bigger.

The warm choc chip cookies!!! The (unheated) pool.

The noisy fan in the bathroom every time you turned on the light. At check-in, they did not charge me the booking.com price I was guaranteed and I had to plead to get it corrected.

It was at birthday weekend and we enjoyed every minute of our stay ! From inside to outside the hotel !

I loved how welcoming and informative the valet were , it was our first time and they helped us out with finding places to enjoy ! The staff was nice but the valet staff had high energy and quick on their feet ! Loved leaving seeing them and they speak and ask about our plans , they told us spots we should try and etc

At night , nobody was downstairs .

Central location

We paid for a king bedroom, but our room had two double beds. When we requested to switch to the room we paid for, we were told that Hilton doesn’t have to give the customers the room they paid for, but they are only required to give “a room” when customers book through Booking.com. It was an unpleasant and uncomfortable stay. Do not book Hilton through Booking.com, as clearly you are on your own when the hotel gives you an inferior room.

One of the most terrible experiences.

Almost nothing about this place except for the view from the room and the sunrise in the morning

Almost everything. NO noise control. The adjacent room noise was so vivid and very startling whenever the people in the next room opens and closes the door. All the sounds were unfiltered, alarming as if someone were breaking in. The staff just came in when I was sitting on toilet. So startled. The front desk staff was so unfriendly, as if treating me as an intruder. No itemized receipts provided. Only one staff member was kind enough to scan and send me the receipt after multiple attempts via email, text, and phone call. I would NEVER EVER stay in this hotel again. The worst mainline hotel I have ever experienced at this cost.

worked for my needs but unimpressive.

location was excellent. room was huge.

booking.com reservation didn't make it into the system, thankfully there were available rooms and i was able to make a new reservation on site. elevators were dirty, room was musty, place was dingy. also, my receipt never arrived by email as promised.

Good location with river views a little away from the hustle and bustle of Bourbon Street but still in walking distance

The constant and annoying noise of the ventilation - we had to use earplugs to get some sleep
