Péssima e desejo meu dinheiro de volta pq vcs vendem como um hotel com nota maior que 8.3

Horrível , mudamos 3x de quarto . Sofá cama de todos com as molas aparentes . Não há sofá cama decente para dormir . Tivemos que colocar 5 edredons para as crianças dormirem . Não limparam nenhum dia o quarto . Hotel sujo , funcionários sem higiene pessoal , principalmente na cozinha do café da manhã .

I love the large suites, comfy beds and pillows, breakfast and pool.

Breakfast was great with a large variety. I wish they offered turkey sausage as well as pork.

I rented an electric vehicle, I wish the hotel had a charging station. There were lots of small ants in the bathroom area.

Okay for 1 night stay. Beds were not comfortable. Sofa bed was not usable for anyone but a child.

Clean, quiet room. Responsive staff. Easy check in/out.

Bed was not very comfortable, sofa bed mattress was terrible.

Awesome home away from home

Friendly staff....very good breakfast....clean facility .....a bit far from everything but I'd stay again. Applebys was just a walk through the parking lot....

I don't like elevators at all and there were no ground room floors when I checked in. The elevator makes waaaay too much noise as it's arriving and once inside. It sounds very old.... I was on the 6th floor above the pool. The sounds of screaming children every evening was a bit much to deal with. The parents were no better. I even saw a man who had gone there to read his book get up and go indoors. That's a shame. The hotel needs to post a sign about noise with regard to respect for guests privacy.

As a Business Trip, my stay was appropriate but your your Business Center lack printer & other equip

Won’t stay again

I called the same day I booked to make sure I was on the first floor as I would be bringing my ESA. Never did they mention there would be a fee (which is illegal but the manager decided to fight with me about it and I informed her I will not be paying as legally she cannot charge me). So the manager ended up waiving it. But there was no notes on there system nor was I on the first floor. Funny enough the week before when I stayed I was on the first floor. This request for both visit was made on the same day on the same call. So I check my statement the next day and of course there was an extra $75 charge. I had to request twice for it to be reversed.

Ok, as a last resort.

Good size rooms

Breakfast is very minimal...staff ignored you if you asked for something they're out of. Stayed here 5 times and gets worse little by little. Replaced kid friendly drinks and energy drinks with beer and alcohol for new clientele. Will be our last time here.

Great for kids

The 2 bedroom suite was spacious and clean. The kids had enough space to not be on top of each other all the time like in standard rooms. Kids loved having to bathrooms. Kitchenette was good enough to make simple meals. Breakfast was good. Plenty of options for picky eaters. Applebee's was at the end of the hotel parking lot.
