exactly what I needed after a long day of traveling. Bought my dinner at airport and ate in my room

Hot tub was very dirty and jets didn’t work. It’s pathetic that we were charged $26 dollars a night for parking. Most places are free and if not, no more than $15. If I would’ve realized that I was going to be charged for parking, I would not have booked this hotel.

Easy in/out hotel near airport.

Nice hot tub and pool, although location is outside, and noisy depending on rush hour traffic. Parking was valet. Glad it was available. The "milk and cookies" are always a nice touch.

The room above me had a lot of moving noise around 2:00 A.M. and then again at 5 A.M. Thought it might be a Housekeeping room, but I think it was just late arrivals.

Overall it was an excellent choice for our stay and I would consider staying here again.

The property was clean, comfortable and staff was friendly!

The breakfast sausage was not the best both days. Improvement needed for breakfast however the waffles were delicious! Keep the waffle are cleaner.

Good for night

The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great. Overall it was clean.

Having to valet my car. This was a higher priced room. Then there were a ton of taxes and fees and then they had limited parking so required valet. So more costs. I think the parking should be included as they don't give you an option. Breakfast was okay, very hotel basic, not very good. I was also disappointed that there was no room service, even though this is a more expensive hotel.

Good breakfast. Room in good condition.

I saw no reason to require valet parkiing at $25 per day when the parking garage was part of the hotel building and seemed no more difficult than common parking garage. At least the valets were very good. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The comforter was far too heavy and, worse, had scratchy threads on both sides, making falliing asleep very difficult.

I did NOT like the list of things below : Take the free cookies out of sight from front door and remove them at the time you specify - don’t leave there til 9 pm Parking extremely dangerous hairpin Turk entry - Uber almost killed thejselves trying to turn in Pool is as big as a bathtub - LAME. Horrific view Toilet too low to the floor - dangerous for those with physical disabilities No hot water - only lukewarm despite complaints Already told Many people not to go I Will NOT go to Hampton inn Ever again And the cost- rates ??!! $250 for a facility not about to par

Overall, it was OK. The front desk people were very friendly.

Breakfast could’ve been warmer breakfast was served from 6 to 10 if you went around nine it wasn’t that warm

Clean, nice location, and breakfast was good.

The neighbors had a dog that barked for 40 mins straight. It was 10:20pm when it started, and we had to get up early the next morning. No self parking. Valet only. I'm not a fan of not knowing where my car is at all times or someone else driving my vehicle.

Quick overnight stay at Hampton Inn

Great location near the Burbank Airport. Large clean room and very comfortable bed. Staff was somewhat unclear that the airport shuttle didn't run on the weekends, but they comped a Lyft which was just fine.

It was average. Nothing fancy, did the job but would pick a nicer place next time.

Rooms are basic and outdated. Old appliances, furniture etc. I could have stayed at at the Springhill Suites Marriott with much newer facilities for the same price and same or closer to airport
