I would stay there again, very clean very helpful people and lots to do.

It was a clean, quiet, well located, and good value plenty of places to eat and plenty of places to see

The one thing I would have to say is the room smelt a bit musty old smoky rooms maybe

Did the job with a few exceptions. Would stay again

It was close to highway, well lit, and clearly recently renovated so it looked well kept.

There was no staff in the morning to mention the few issues i had over night. I was in a rush to leave so i did without saying anything. PLace over all was clean, remote to TV didnt work, shower curtain was dirty, and the room needed to be aired out a few minutes. Besides that, mattress was fairly new so I had a good sleep, and ultimately thats what matters.

Fine for a night

Bed was decently comfortable. Very accommodating with a late check in. Kind staff.

The pillows were not comfortable. The room was very hot when we arrived. The A/C unit was loud when it turned on, so it jolted us awake. It wasnt as clean as we expected.

Bon endroit, bien situé, espace hors ville tranquille

Grande chambre, bien située, eau chaude en abondance, bonne pression.

Pas de machine a café dans la chambre malgré ce qu'en dit la publicité, matelas dans notre chambre défoncé. Aucun rangement pour les manteaux, pas de cintres, pas de crochet malgré le grand espace disponible

the bed sheets were dirty the bed was uncomfortable the shower lacked water pressure and took 10 minutes to warm up there was no breakfast available at 8 am

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Man at front desk was lovely and happily helped me when I needed to adjust our reservation. Beds were comfortable. Heat worked well.

I have stayed at this motel at least a dozen times in the last 8 years. I have always stayed in the main part, upstairs, above the office. It's always been a great experience. Sadly, I recommended to friends and we were given the older ground floor rooms. No comparison. The rooms were not clean. Large gap in door allowing draft in. No bedside table in our room. No blanket on bed (just sheets). Bathroom was dirty. I have a feeling this motel has recently changed ownership. Guess I might need to find another Napanee gem.

Very good

The staff are so pleasant and accommodating. Stayed 1 night and he joked...oh well will see you again tomorrow. We had no plans to be in the area again...just on a sightseeing drive but lo and behold we found ourselves back in Napanee. By mistake I'd booked a king size online but really wanted 2 beds. He accommodated us which we happy about. This couple is very hardworking. I'm sure the wife has to clean all the rooms herself which is quite a feat. So if you happen to see something that isn't quite perfect, let it pass. Rooms for the most part are very clean where they need to be. The motel is slowly being renovated but definitely serves the purpose of an overnight stay. If I was ever in the area again I would just go back to stay hi and a quick chat even if I wasn't staying. PLUS the price was most reasonable.

charged more because I didn’t book on line, but I thought I had booked snd paid as I sent them my MC number. also, web site said there was breakfast but then there was told no breakfast because of Covid. only juice and coffee. Only English tv station was CTV. microwave and refrigerator available in room, but no coffee machine.

Comfortable place to stay if you need a night off the road.

Beds were very comfortable. Check-in was easy and fast. Plenty of parking available. Less than a minute drive from several food options.

We caught an earwig in the bathroom. Curtains were aged and tattered.

The room was lovely and was available at the last minute. The staff was also polite and friendly. Amazing parking spots.

Very clean and cozy room, for an amazing price! Bathtub was huge!

I found my room to be incredibly clean, not even a spec of dust on the usually missed surfaces ( Top of headboard, top of TV, top of mini fridge, or even the lamp shades! ) Every day I returned to find my room as clean as when I first arrived!

The area with the coat rack and ironing board had no lighting making it difficult to see my clothes when ironing.
