Fun, relaxed and cosy.

Wonderful vibe, very clean and friendly staff, they actually upgraded us for free as it was a special occasion!

It’s a little bit far from jasper town about a 12 minute walk which isn’t terrible. For the price there really aren’t that amenities offered and it is very pricey.

Good location for a short tardy

Location was great as away from the railway line. The bedroom was compact and clean. Parking was close of the room and the staff helped with bags up the stairs.

I found a number of long back hairs in the bed. Probably from the laundry.

Absolutely perfect

The cabin we stayed in was brand new. It was very comfortable. The design and decor were perfect. The view was spectacular. We even had elk by our window first thing in the morning.

The blinds on the front door were cut at the door knoband there was too much light coming in, easily can be fixed. The little porch should have been extended to make a small deck in front of the window

once construction is complete I would highly recommend Bear Hill Lodge, and will likely stay there again

our deluxe lodge room was spacious, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. being a 15 minute stroll from the centre of Jasper was just perfect to be out of the hustle & bustle of a popular tourist town.

Unfortunately, the property was still finishing construction of several new cabins adjacent to our balcony (now finished) which meant our balcony was not exactly a peaceful place to sit and admire the beautiful scenery. if this is a concern for you I would advise inquiring if your potential accommodation is near any construction as there are other cabins still being built on the site

We found a gem in Jasper. We enjoyed the spacious accommodation and loved how clean and well kept room was. The staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Stayed in a cabin, it was beautiful. Easy check in and check out. Got some fire wood from main lodge which was easy to do and reasonable price. Rooms lovely and clean!

Little walk to main town, but we didn't mind as enjoy walking. Also got to see some elk close by.

Perfectly comfortable and clean and good location in Jasper. Helpful and friendly staff.

Bed was quite hard and the pictures are quite deceiving as the rooms are a lot smaller than they look.

Great location

Comfy bed, our own private little oasis at cabin 14, felt like we were out of town but we were not . Lots of windows so we were able to get a breeze in room. Coffee making in room. privacy in this spot was great . Nice little room

Need to clean up weeds and flower beds. Lots of dead stuff and lots of weeds growing in deck. Asked for room service and didn’t get it. Had to go ask more more supplies. Mini fridge would be nice .

Not what we expected

The location was good, staff were pleasant and the room was clean.

If you like tenting these cottages would suit your tastes just fine. For the nightly rate, I would expect better amenities. We were disappointed with the size and layout of the cottage. The microscopic television could barely be viewed from the bed and not visible from the sofa. No air conditioning and the lack of blackout curtains made or stay rather uncomfortable. We had to bring our electric cooler because the cottages do not have refrigerators. No clock in the cottage and the only accessible plug to charge our phone was not close enough to the bed.
