Accommodations very nice!
Stayed previously and there were the complimentary bottle of lotion, which I forgot to bring mine... but the plate was empty. Did they stop providing?

Beer cans left in the room, wrong room was given based on our reservation, they rectified this after the first night. Not a stay I would recommend.
Dirty room, dated bathroom.

It was very close to the Campus
The room was okay for the most part. The blinds in the bathroom were falling apart and should have been replaced. The walk-in shower was so small I could barely move. I had to listen to this unusual sound when the heater was running. The desk person texted me twice and that was uncomfortable. It wasn’t anything inappropriate but I’ve never had anyone text me about how I was doing. I’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn most of my trips.

the room was available and close to campus.
The room smelled absolutely disgusting. I didn’t sleep all night because of the stench.

person at the front desk was being rude when I called to ask a question.

The breakfast was fine so was the location
The only thing I didn’t like was not having the correct time and how they was cleaning up before breakfast was over ~ other then that it was fine

Convenient. Similar to other Hampton Inns I had stayed at. Good breakfast.
Similar to other Hampton Inns I stayed at but seemed smaller. No vending machines. Workout machines seemed to need maintenance. They worked but were squeaky. Door deadbolt was hard to use. Breakast was the same thing both days I stayed there.

Breakfast was good the first morning. The second morning they had limited food prepared and the area needed to be cleaned.
It was such an inconvenience to have a false fire drill, wait over half an hour outside & no staff member on duty assisting or informing guests on what was happening. Still have not got a credit as promised by the manager.

I liked the staff manager was amazing..did what they could with what they had...
Booking advertised for PC phone, and printer. They do PC or printer and the phone was static and only calls the front desk...terrible when ur working. Strag mase like smell all night disnt know if someone was smoking🤔

Booked last minute for the Hampton Inn. Pictures were old on the website. Looked like they recently renovated the room. The hotel was 2 miles from UMD main campus- straight down Baltimore Ave. Beds were a little firm but pillows were feather soft. Nice hot waffle breakfast in the morning and coffee was good!
Room was near the elevator, so heard the door open and hall chatter. But because it was a Sunday night in March, it was not as busy as it could have been. Would request a room next time further away.

Breakfast was not very good
Checkout was very good girl was very helpful
Check in was not so good I had prepaid and was charged again. Luckily the check out girl straightened it all out

Waited over half an hour late in the evening (10:30 pm) to check-in because of system issue, was finally given a room but someone was in there already... Had to go back downstairs and wait 15 more minutes for a resolution, and to finally be able to put my exhausted kids to bed. Then this morning, someone (cleaning person most likely) entered our room, unannounced, while we were getting ready. Bed was good, though.
