Basic accomodation; suitable for a one night stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is in walking distance to Bracebridge town center (15 mins). Location is in a quiet area; I had a good night's sleep. Bedroom and kitchenette are well furnished and in good condition.

The bathroom and wash basin were dilapidated; I could not bring myself to use the shower. The bathroom ceiling vent grill hadn't been cleaned for a long while. There were stains on one of the bedroom chairs. The TV picture was grainy on all available channels. The TV remote control was not clean. Distances to restaurants etc. published by Booking.com are innacurate (unless you can get there in a straight line). There was a noticeable gap at the bottom of the external door.

It was great, the person at the front desk was friendly and welcoming

Rooms were clean and comfortable, with in room ac. Great location just outside downtown.

It was a bit loud, the door had a bit of a gap allowing some outside sound it. As well as some low level sound from neighbouring rooms. Overall it wasn’t a problem, but made falling asleep slightly more difficult.

Loved the owner, the bed, pillows….the hotel is run down, but clean. Cheap if you only want to sleep

Great location, wonderful staff, crummy mattress, really clean.

The owners were wonderful. Hospitable, and friendly.

The bed was not great at all! The springs on one side were all broken and as a result the entire mattress slumped to one side.

1 of top stays & the only chain used. Thanks to fall colours & waterways winning over Covid!

enjoyed having breakfast without need to leave location-good variety Great area for an evening walk along the shoreline

Non-functional swipe cards likely related to be soaked in cleaner- sanitization could be as successful using wet sanitizer wipe & being allowed to air dry before reuse. This method uses both mechanical-removes debris, oils & leaves a chemical film to do it's work. Another method that may work is a 70+% alcohol wipe-less likely to leave residue interfering card reading. Many years of experience handling similar situations & being told to be ready for a pandemic is part of my history.

Good value. We'd stay here again.

The motel was close to a shopping centre and only a few minutes from downtown. The room was very clean and the bed linens excellent. It had everything we needed for our stay. We were visiting relatives so didn't spend a lot of time in the room but it was comfortable while we were there.

The bathroom and kitchen facilities could use an update but were fine for our needs.

Quiet location and staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was too cold and we had to turn off the air conditioner as the temperature could not be adjusted to our comfort level.

I liked everything. I was hopeful and pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. Would recommend it to others and I would stay there again.

The owner is very accommodating. I would consider this property as my second home. I would definitely be coming back if we're traveling up north We had a great dinner on our stay because of the BBQ. Great quality time with family.
