Close to the highway

Bugs crawling on the bed. Staff repeatedly twlling me there was nothing to worry about. Other guests walking to our rooms, unannounced, with thier own key, - Staff trying to convince me it was other staff wearing a company jacket. Very limited breakfast options. People yelling in the hall first thing in the morning. Towels were extremely old and worn.

We did not stay because of the reasons that are in our comments.

We did not like anything of the place. They wanted to charge us $300.00 deposit which they said would not be refunded for 10 days or more. Also this place had a murder not to long ago which was in the news.

This place was not a good safe place for us to stay. We used to live in Brantford and know many times where this place was raided by the police. When we booked the room we though it was another hotel not this place.

Great Value, Great Rooms, Great location. looking forward to our next visit

The hotel rooms are nice and clean. The location is great with everything within walking distance.

The TV converter does not work until you have pushed the button directly on the television to change the setting to "live "TV. It might be an idea to have this written for guests as I am sure many people like us have to contact the FD for assistance.

Easy and happy stay!

The property was clean and so close to the highway! The staff were ALL very kind and helpful!

There was a bug in our room, that I felt bad killing lol but overall liked the property.

Room was ok was pricey for what you got location to coffee was close

The bathroom is out dated and the breakfast was not excellent the toaster was broken and no decaf option for coffee had to grab coffee somewhere else not close to brantford Park as I expected and the outlets in the room are not great

Always perfect!

I like it so much, this is my second stay.

Nothing at all to dislike. Only suggestion for improvement that I would make is to have more plugs near the bed - there was only one, on the lamp stand, available for plugging in laptop or phone.

No elevators for heavy luggage. Breakfast was limited, seemed if an item ran out you didn't get anything.

Awful !!

Absolutely not a thing!!!

The room I stayed in was so smelly, I asked to change Room, Could not be done! I had to call for towels three times, and did not receive till 11:30 pm! The fridge would not get cold. There was a big hairy hairball on floor!! The air conditioning smelled moldy! I never write bad reviews, was told I be compensated at end of stay, then as Checking out, someone would call me. Will see! The whole place smells like a big stinky armpit, vey very offensive odor!

The breakfast was adequate but the room was very warm - it didn't seem to be air-conditioned. The food was not replenished as soon as the spot was empty. e.g. cream, eggs The garbage pail for the plates was not is a good spot. You had to get through people trying to get food to throw out the plates.

The dining room should have been cooler. There should be more seating.

Disappointing

My rooms AC unit was extremely loud and kept waking us up at night. A few times it was making a noise similar to a fire alarm. My TV remote didn't work. Replaced the batteries at the front desk but it still didn't work. Also the TV was way too small.
