It was ok

The teenage boys didn’t think there was much there to choose from for breakfast.

Bathroom door would not stay shut.

We had a pleasant stay the staff was great and interacted with our dog very well!

Breakfast was great we loved the coffee and tea being available all day long.

You can hear the neighbouring rooms a bit.

Will definitely stay here next time when in the New Glasgow area

Great service, friendly people, nice room and getting a bottom floor suite with a drive up patio door was a nice bonus

10/10 would recommend

The room was a nice size, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I am gluten-free, and they were quick to offer gluten-free bread for my breakfast.

Not a lot I didn't like. I wasn't overly comfortable in the bed, but that was just me. I like a softer bed. My husband on the other hand slept like a rock and loved the bed.

I liked the newly renovated room even though it wasn't the room we were suppose to get. Workers were friendly and rooms were clean.

We got a different room because ours had not been cleaned. The room we were suppose to get had a door to outside due to our dog and the other did not. Was told that something would have been done or some sort of credit taken off the second room we also booked for our daughter since the 1st room was prepaid for.. but haven't heard anything yet

unfortunately the internet wasn’t working, the hairdryer wasn’t working, I needed to get my bed sheets changed due to finding some hairs on the sheets. the staff were lovely and helpful, but there were some issues.

We were able to check in lat, comfortable rooms, great service. The continental breakfast was fantastic. The pancake maker made the breakfast super fun for my three kids.

bathroom clean, bed comfortable and clean, close to where we needed to be.

deadbolt of room does not lock/engage. the strike plate that the lock should be able to go into was installed too high. did have a latch I could use, and it was a keycard entry. just wish the deadbolt could’ve been used. something to look into for the hotel. what’s the point of having deadbolts if they don’t actually work.

The bed and the walk out room to the car.

The rain was very loud with the door to outside by the bedroom. It was hard to sleep. The food was not very good we passed on the eggs/sausages. Lousy shower curtain didn't keep the floor dry.

The internet was spotty but we think it was because power wasn’t fully restored in the surrounding areas.
