We enjoyed our stay but we’re disappointed that the pool and hot tub weren’t working.

room was great, breakfast had lots of variety, staff in breakfast room very friendly, cleaning personnel efficient and friendly.

Great hotel, just bring your own pillow!

Breakfast was awesome - so many options. Our room was clean and very spacious. The pool and waterslide are perfect for younger kids.

Pillows are pretty bad to be honest. The rest of the hotel is fantastic... wish I could say the same for the pillow! Haha

A little steep but overall not great hotel

Heated pool, full size fridge and oven.

Breakfast could start earlier. Lack of towels in the pool area.

hotels common areas were clean but room was not.

good location, good parking, fairly quiet, common areas were well kept up.

room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. we couldn’t even use the pull out bed because it was gross. Shower curtain had a big hole in the middle so water sprayed everywhere. When asked why I wasn’t 100% satisfied with my stay, I explained how I could have stayed somewhere with cleaner rooms for $200 a night. I was told “well things are busy and it’s hard to keep up since there’s so many Cree (indigenous) people here”. this comment has me not feeling comfortable with ever going back and I regret spending my money there.

Exceptional

Good hotel for the value, enjoyed the included breakfast, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Kids loved the pool and water slide. Would definitely recommend to others

A lovely hotel with the staff absolutely making the trip memorable.

The rooms were clean and cozy. The staff was absolutely incredible. Each person we came across was friendly, helpful, and patient (I was there with my two young kids). Especially Rosa at breakfast! She was attentive, helpful, kind, and friendly! My kids loved the pool the most. The water slide was so much fun.

The bathroom was small and difficult to maneuver around but it didn’t impact our stay too much.

Superb

It had a great pool, waterside, hottub. It had a good breakfast buffet lots of variety and hot food as well as cold food options. Staff were polite and friendly and very accommodating. They greeted us in hallways and had a pleasant demanor. The room was nice we stayed in a king suite with a kitchenette. It was cozy and clean the king bed was comfortable. Had a fireplace and a pull out couch as well. Highly recommend. Also had good water pressure and temperature lotsbof hot water.

no room service, they sent the night shift to clean the room. didn’t restock any coffees or anything. we had a second room, same thing. we called for towels and coffee. we found them hanging on the door knob. couldn’t even knock on our door. the breakfast was a hassle. guests had to continually ask for clean plates and forks. that should be a non issue. worker said she no one usually comes after 9. horrible service.

I would stay again.

the location was great , the beds were comfortable and was quiet.

the TV didn’t work at the time we stayed. and because it was a holiday they could send up maintenance. but they did take 5 dollars off the rate.

it was as clean and the jacuzzi was pretty nice.

i was waiting quite a while at the desk when I came to check in for someone to come.

Pleasant

Breakfast was very good.

We stayed 3 nights and our room wasn't attended to at all. We had to ask and go to front desk for more toilet paper. Garbage was not emptied or sinks/bathrooms touched up daily.

A nice quiet hotel

It was neat having the mini waffles. Shower in the room was awesome.

When we checked in, I had to get the attention of the front desk person, who seemed reluctant to leave her paperwork in the office.

Nice rooms though pool is the best selling point

Swimming pool was good, with looping water slide. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast included the price. Rooms to sleep six are available.

Hot tub was out of order. Rooms are only serviced every three days.

The front desk people were lazy unattentive heaven forbid you interfere make them get up and make them do something. Housekeeping never once knocked on the door to see if we needed anything. The room is not what was advertised. Kim was nice. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
