All in all we would visit you again :-D

Room, Jacuzzi, Clean room and quiet location away from elevators. I appreciate the bar having some light food to order. Snack convenience shop yay!

There was a water leak in the sink. I let someone know the next morning and when we came back that night it was not fixed. I hope the staff got to it before the room is occupied again.

Todo en un mismo lugar!

Me gustó mucho el desayuno buffet las instalaciones amplias zonas de descanso piscina y spa el precio las suites amplias y cómodas cerca de Disneyland el happy hour free y los horarios del spa genial!!!!

Un poco descuidado el mantenimiento del toilet la cafetera muy pequeña pero el microhondas y la nevera todo perfecto!

The rooms weren’t scattered around

Location was not close to Disneyland as stated. Rooms were smelly and super old. Most stuff were broken inside like the toilet paper holder, sliding door, locks in the doors.

The inside of the hotel Lobby/ Dining area is very nice and the arcade room is amazing and keeps kids/ teens entertained! The soaps and lotion available in the restroom had a great scent.

The A/C in the suite rooms did not work properly and it was hot and musty in the rooms. In one room, the fridge also did not work. The landline phone did not have any cords on it. The suite rooms are not very updated, but are decent. We were only provided two bath towels in each suite room and when we asked the evening shift front desk lady, she seemed bothered and rudely stated they didn’t have any towels available because they were short staffed. We witnessed one of the day shift male employees being rude to a customer as well and I can’t help, but feel it was due to her race. We are also required to pay for parking and because there is a club next door on a Saturday night, parking spaces were blocked off and reserved for their customers. Our experience wasn’t very pleasant especially traveling with little ones.

Overall my family had a decent stay.

The breakfast was good, and the best part was the ability to have a freshly made omelette. The pool area was great for our kids as well.

I was disappointed that upon arrival we only had two washcloths available, especially since our room was for five occupants. I also did not have a plug for our tub to take a bath and had to borrow one from the room my sister was staying in. Also the trash cans are too small and we’re not able to accommodate a decent amount of trash. The bed was entirely too soft and was not firm at all, so I did not sleep well. For the amount spent for a suite for one night, it did not live up to my expectations.

I'm usually looking for bs. But everything was great here. I used the gym. My kids went swimming Breakfast was great. Bed was great. They accommodated me on my early arrival. Imma single mom With 3 kids under 12 We had a great time. We even doorbell ditched and ran around and security was nice about it. Fun stay Thank u

Horrible check in experience

Room size was nice, nice gym ,nice indoor ,pool nice breakfast

The check in process was horrible took 40 min the employee could not find our reservation said this always happens with booking.com reservations so she said she will rebook then found our booking . Com reservation but did not check us under that reservation so we got charged as a no show manager on site never got back to us had to call several times such a headache when we are suppose to be relaxing and enjoying our vacation . The towels smelled like cigarette we had holes in our walls in the shower ceiling

Bad stuff 🤨

The drinks and the sap was nice and it was closer to everything we was doing that week

Room service was very bad they kept leaving dishes on the outside of our room and they wasn't cleaning the room so I asked the front desk is this standard for them to do that they side no and they will have somebody to pick it up but nobody even came

Overall stay wasn’t bad but with the above issues not what I would expect from Embassy

Bathroom smelled like number 2 which seeped through whole room. Neither one of the tv remotes worked properly, could only turn on, select stations in one direction and volume control. None of the other features worked, kept getting error or channel not avail. Very frustrating

7th floor had an AC on making the rooms super cold that you could sleep. You weren’t able to turn off that AC was automatically. That part didn’t like it at all.

Disappointing arrival. Rooms should be ready at time promised.

Property is beautiful.

Called in the morning was told early check in available at 230, we arrived at 250, was told we would have to wait for check in at 4. I have three kids and would not have arrived early in order to wait. At 4pm they said the room would not be ready for 40 minutes, we were checked in at 430, and given two water bottles as apology(2 water bottles for 5 guests, makes sense)

We loved the hotel, except for the smell in the room.

The room didn’t smell good, it smelled musty. I had to go buy air fresheners for the room because I couldn’t stand the smell. Everything was excellent after that.

A mistake in my name in the booking, the location of the room is very bad. The location of the room on the top floor under the air conditioner motors caused an unbearable noise that disturbed sleep. Also, a lack of bed linen, a lighting fault in the shower and toilet (it is not pleasant to shower in the dark). The next morning a cleaning worker in the dining room spilled ketchup and soiled me, in addition the worker was rude and refused responsibility...

The room was extremely dirty ,! There was food on the floor , there was hair in the sofa, room floor and desk chair. The curtains were dusty and dirty, it definitely seemed ,not vacuumed at all . It’s a shame because I had booked for two nights, and I checked out . I come into the Anaheim area every weekend and I was to hoping. That this would be the one hotel . That I could go to indefinitely.! I normally don’t complain, but after spending so much money. I just simply ask for what it is fair. A CLEAN ROOM, to rest and enjoy. With out any worries!

The hard sell for becoming a Hilton club member. the evening host bar and snacks was of drinks small, and the food if could call it that was terrible. in the good old days there was food you could consider a meal. Shame on Hilton.
