Breakfast and happy hour were handy, BART train is a 4 minute walk away, downtown Walnut Creek and Pleasant Hill are nearby
Closet light stays on all the time (I guess it’s supposed to), kind of distracting when I tried to sleep

Everything was fine except the mattresses were cheap and very uncomfortable so we both got horrible sleep.
Replace the mattresses and spend a little money when you do it

I will not stay here again, BUT the last person I spoke to before checking out a day early was empathetic and helpful. And in general, I will remain a loyal Hilton hotel guest.
Seemed understaffed on all fronts. Long waits, and not particularly clean.

Convenient that was it.
Roaches in my room, broken irons and ironing boards. Poor lightening. Only person on duty handling everything.

The pool & the bed
The tvs didn’t have that much channels or no YouTube for music & also our first room sofa bed didn’t pull out & the second room they put us in the ceiling was leaking water

Lobby was nice.
The valet staff on Monday morning was wonderful. Friendly and accommodating.
The person who checked me on Sunday 5/19/2024- was bothered and unprofessional.
The room I stayed in smelled like a dog pound.
Although pet friendly - they should make sure to shampoo the carpets and ensure added cleaning with the fees they charge.

This is undoubtedly one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had, especially considering the nearly $250 I paid per night. The toilet in my room was malfunctioning, and despite explaining the situation to the staff at Embassy Suites by Hilton Walnut Creek, their response was shocking. Instead of fixing the issue themselves, they handed me a plunger and casually mentioned that such incidents are typical for this hotel. Given the price and the lack of basic hospitality standards, I strongly advise against staying here. There are far better options available that value guest comfort and satisfaction.

The room was huge! The bedroom had its own door. A nice kitchenette. A.full couch with TV. The staff were friendly. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. They had complementary drink social in the evening. The valet staff were very helpful with using BART which has a station one block away.
No free parking but the valet was nice.

Nothing
Everything. The staff is incredibly rude. The whole hotel has rooms facing the inner part of the hotel lobby. It was incredibly loud. The room was dirty. The bathroom flooded completely from the shower. The sink in the kitchen flooded also. Once notified the staff about all complaints they said that they were “sorry I felt that way” . No one took responsibility for anything.

Size of accommodation and quality of room. Loved the pillows. Valet parking a plus. Breakfast was great. The water bottles upon registration was a welcome plus.
The coffee in my room was horrible. Un-drinkable The mirrors and window were dirty. Carpet could stand to be cleaned.

Lounge area and breakfast
There was a banging noise coming from the air intake vent outside the bathroom, every time the air went off it sounded like someone was slamming a door, so it was like that all nite. I mentioned it to an African American lady at the front desk around 7:30 am and her comment was I don’t even know what you’re talking about. She was not pleasant to talk to at all. When we checked out about an hour later there was another lady at the front desk, I mentioned it to her and she made note of it and apologized, she was nice at least

The only good thing about this hotel is its accessibility to the BART.
This hotel is, in a word, disgusting. We came to town for a race (that was, unfortunately, canceled at the last minute). We won't be coming back. This hotel is not... restful. Unsupervised kids - lots of them - running around the lobby screaming for two days in a row. Loud partiers wandering the halls all night leaving trash everywhere (which isn't picked up). The lobby was still trashed when we came down on Sunday. Baby diapers were left in the hallway. BABY DIAPERS IN THE HALLWAY. Let me just say - you really haven't lived until you've emerged from your $200+ hotel room, excited for a day of exploring, only to almost step on a used baby diaper that's been dropped outside your door. Hot water went out - in the entire hotel - for most of Saturday. Though it was fixed by Sunday, on Sunday the hotel informed us that they were shutting off water to the hotel completely for several hours while they made repairs. Shower had mildew and dirty floors. Hand prints on the walls. Free breakfast was very disappointing (food was generally undercooked and not very warm). At least one elevator (out of only 3) was broken for the duration of our 4-day stay. In terms of walkability, the location isn't great - there is not a lot of choice in terms of food. Unless you like eating all your meals at Starbucks or at the Renaissance Hotel across the street, you'll need to either take the BART to the city or rent a car. Please. I am begging you. Do yourself a favor and avoid this disaster. What a waste of money.

We booked a suite and it was perfect, plenty of room and comfortable. I wish I would have stayed longer to enjoy it more.

Nice location
Hotels are still trying to take advantage of Covid. Not allowing check in until 4 and check out at 11 with a charge for late check out is completely ridiculous.
The shower and couch were both clearly dirty.
For a “nice” place this hotel is very trashy.

That it’s indoors.
Too many little kids running around.

Workers and valet were excellent. Craig Sarmiento and his team were super. Maids were great too.
Gentleman cooking omelettes continued cooking and calling out numbers but never acknowledged those waiting to order that he would be with them. Manager was the least friendly. Like we were bothering her.

Great hotel. Very clean. Breakfast was great!
I was a bit surprised because I book a room for four people but it only had one queen bed. The lady at the reception told me that I selected that room. In the end they made a bed out of the sofa. So, we solved the situation. Anyway, I did expect two queen beds when booking a room for four people.

Location and breakfast was very nice.
The parking option was ridiculous.
