Für eine Nacht in Ordnung

Großes Zimmer. Es gab einen Kühlschrank und eine Keurig Kaffeemaschine, allerdings nur mit einer Kaffeekapsel. Wir bekamen auf Nachfrage eine nach. Milch war auch nicht vorhanden, bekamen wir aber ebenfalls auf Nachfrage. Das Bad ist ziemlich old fashioned. Badewanne, keine Dusche. Im Zimmer Steckdosen aber keine USB Ladestation. Hotel liegt direkt neben einem Krankenhaus. Nachts landete zweimal der Hubschrauber. Alles war sehr sauber. Personal freundlich. Parkplatz vorm Haus war kostenlos. Sportsbar im Haus.

Less than I expected.

Breakfast was not worth the extra cost added to the room. Location was good, but there were no water bottles in the room or hall area. Purchased cheap looking water bottles at the check-in desk for $3.00 each. I considered this a rip off. You can tell I didn't like much.

Offer more for the price and make the stay in the hotel exceptional. Something that lives up to your prior reputation.

Parking “first come, first serve” is not fair to paying guests & better signage with hospital directions should be posted. Prices are high.

I had a very positive experience staying there. I will definitely stay there on future visits to the area.

I loved that there was a Peloton bike in the fitness room! All of the staff that I met were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the included breakfast was very nice.

Tried to cancel per booking.com policy, was told no.

Gave notice for cancellation and possible rescheduling. Went off the booking.com statement that there may be a partial cancellation fee. Was told by staff there is no fee you simply lose all your payment since they already have it. Arrived at midnight since they were fully charging me. Complaint submitted to booking.com customer service.

Convenient location.

Seemed a bit too basic, not many amenities. Also, housekeeping did not come ONCE during my 4 night stay.

Clean, excellent breakfast

The location is convenient if you are dealing with hospital ( we were not) but not particularly easy to get to from the interstate for travelers making an overnight stop ( like we were). However, this was not our first time passing by Albany and we still chose to stay here each time passing through.

The staff were very friendly.

The sink and tub drains were clogged, making them very uncomfortable to use. The air conditioning is very loud making which made sleeping difficult.

The room was nice and clean.

Breakfast was a total disappointment. We weren’t offered menu service. The food (bacon, eggs and potatoes) were cold. The price was ridiculous, $45.00 for 3 people including a child for what was offered. We tried to use the pool but it was very cold. Too uncomfortable to use.

Glad we chose this hotel for location, location and location. We are familiar with Albany Med and Washington Park areas

location super, beautiful walks to work at The Empire State Plaza and to excellent suppers at Lark Street restaurants through Washington Park, awash in gorgeous tulips for the Albany tulip festival In addition, Starbucks in ground floor of hotel and free, secure convenient parking. We had a huge room suite, with separate bedroom and three closets, decent bathroom, and full frig.

The furnishings in the enormous suite were tired, and some we re downright sad and tatty. We stayed at The Charles Hotel in Cambridge MA last November for a reunion, paid $900/night for a similar suite that was beautifully appointed and considered it very good value. The Hilton Albany Med was just OK because everything needed to be refurbished except the excellent living room draperies and hood TVs — two of them!

The location was perfect. Really enjoyed The Recovery Sports Bar.
