not a 3 star hotel. overpriced. friendly staff

bed was comfy. room was average

stinks of weed. AC smells like mold. clientele that stays there are super sketchy. pathetic continental breakfast

Good Location, Good Service, Comfortable Room

Easy access right on Hwy 7, just a couple kms from downtown Lindsay. The man on Reception was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The on site restaurant had very good service and the food was good, but some of the menu items were not available. I didn't try the breakfast.

NOTE: I have some mobility challenges so be aware that the rooms closest to Reception and the on site restaurant are not disabled 'friendly'. (the disabled access rooms are at the far end of the hotel from the restaurant but do have a disabled parking spot and entrance at that end, accessible after checking in at Reception). Bathroom in the regular room close to Reception that I requested to minimize the need for a lot of walking or in and out of hotel, is small, no hand grips on tub, and I needed a step stool to get up onto the high bed. The restaurant is a fairly long uphill walk from Reception (no problem for able bodied people but quite a distance for people in a disabled room at the far end), and a section of the hall is VERY dark at night.

The location didn’t have much around for food nor groceries.

This Place Needs Some Love

Not much to like...

The motel needs a makeover after many years of hard service. Chipped cabinets and drywall, tattered and worn carpets, dreary lighting, windows grimly dirty .. the list of deficiencies is long.

Overall pleased with the Ramada and price. Please continue with the Reno’s and upgrades!

The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in a long time and the staff were very friendly. Room was a great size. Toiletries provided were a nice quality. Location is great and the attached restaurant is excellent.

TV volume could not be reduced low enough and was painfully loud; uncomfortable to watch it at such a high volume. Pillows were plentiful (thank you) but some were over washed and no longer had shape or structure, just pieces of filling inside. Perhaps replace overused pillows more regularly?

Superb

The breakfast served moldy english muffins. And not much else to choose from. Cereal and Dads oatmeal cookies. Had egg rounds and sausage rounds. I expected better quality of choices. The coffee was great though. Food was not good. The room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money.

The quality of breakfast choices not no name moldy english muffins, There should have been ketchup at least to put on eggs and sausage sandwich.

This Inn is not worth staying in!!

Bed was comfortable

Smelled like smoke big time in halls, stairwells and room stuffy!! Breakfast was barely a snack! The shower had no hand rail! Window needed replacing as it was all fogged up. Place looked runned down!

Okay for our needs for a one night stay but really not impressed with this hotel

Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Curtains in the room looked like they had bullet holes in them, clearly they’re so old they should have been replaced years ago. Place is dated looking and in dire need of a renovation. The continental breakfast was awful, dried out sausage patty’s and eggs and diluted coffee that tasted awful. You literally saw the coffee coming out and then just pure hot water. And what’s with the windows? The glass is so old it’s discoloured and marked up.

Ok but..........

I understand why place have cut back on housekeeping, but straightening the beds, empty gabage, clean towels etc. It was posted that they clean every 3 days, well we stayed 4 and not even the garbage was emptied. Not impressed..........

It was comfortable for the one night we stayed.

The matresses and pillows were new and very comfortable. The rooms were clean and functional.

Just OK

The room was comfortable and clean although was not serviced

The back door was a smoking area littered with tons of cigarette butts. A huge pile of beer cans were piled in the trash by the back door and to come in that door, you had to walk through a cloud of cigarette and pot smoke. There was a problem with a room so they had to move us for the first night and then vacate the room and recheck in to a new room.for last 2 nights.

Pleasant

The staff is friendly. The room was ok. The chair in the room had stains.

There is a sign in the hotel saying they clean every 3 days unless you want it more frequently. It turns out you have to call to have any cleaning done at all. They advertised breakfast but it isn't breakfast, it is just sweet snacks.

That after a long day of medical tests that your hotel would be worth the drive to Lindsay so I could relax and recover from my test and long day .

Nothing except that I didn't book with your hotel first.
