We were exstremley satisfied

The breakfast was amazing! And the staff was super friendly we come to GA multiple times a year and will now be booking with you guys everytime :)

The pool was kind of gross looking, still enjoyed our stay though

Lack of communication but great location

The location was great for a weekend out of the house.

I confirmed a room with Whirlpools, and due to remodeling in the property, they didn't have any available. I wasn't informed of that until after I was charged and asked to reconfirm. I ended up staying because it was too late to find somewhere else to stay.

Overall, good hotel but could be better.

Location was good. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.

Rooms needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. Trash under beds and mattresses. Bathroom floors need to steamed cleaned/scrubbed. Carpet needed shampooing and vacuuming. Pool didn't look sanitary, water was not clear. Trash cans were filthy under bags and need to be a little bigger. Parking lot overfilled...had to park at other businesses nearby. Staff was friendly but seemed stressed. Might could use extra pay, less hours or time off. A consistent beeping/alarm in lobby was going off. Elevators may need a little maintenance - making rubbing sounds when operating. Microwave intereferred with TV when in use.

Comfortable room we were very relaxed

Location was excellent and close to a lot of the shopping and restaurants. Staff was very nice and accommodating. They Also had a good breakfast that offered a variety of breakfast foods. The only disappointment was the pool was closed because they were waiting on a part for the pump.

Overall, it served its purpose but I’ve stayed at better Hampton Inn locations.

Conveniently located and easy to find.

Nothing the staff were ignorant and rude and when I complained about my two-year-old being woken up by a dog next to me every 2 hours. Because it was barking they told me there was nothing. They could do even though they had more rooms that were available and basically told me that I had to deal with it.

The room had trash under the table the sofa. When my 2 year old turned the jets on in the tub the water turned brown Took my 2 year old to the pool and the pool was cloudy and all kinds of hair and other stuff floating in it. The pool heater wasn't working either. The other guests weren't watching there kids as they threw a ball and hit my 2 year old in the head. A guest had a dog that backed all night so I didn't get any sleep and the dog kept waking my 2 year up . The king bed was so old it had sunk in and it was so uncomfortable. Especially since I have 18 bad disk in my back. I will never stay here again or recommend this hotel and I travel a lot.

It was not the best and the only thing that was enjoyed was the pool by the children

We were able to have a gathering at the pool for our son birthday

The pull out bed was stained up and the kids could not sleep on it, we requested for extra pillows and covers and wash clothes and towels and never received them, requested for the room to be cleaned while we were out of it and it never happened and the trash was not taken away either. They could not change us to another room, so the kids had to sleep on the floor, which was very uncomfortable for them, and then my phone and charger was taken from the pool area and I have yet to be contacted about checking the camera and seeing who took them.

This one is the best!!!

Breakfast was delicious and the hotel is right next to I20. Clean floor to ceiling, big cozy bed in a Spacious room. Neutrogena toiletries!!!

Lived the location and the staff.

Location. Your breakfast hostess is the best. She is so personable and keeps the breakfast area clean and well stocked. Your night desk person is a great employee too. He went above and beyond helping me get supplies for our room.

I didn’t like that our trash cans weren’t emptied every day and our towels weren’t restocked daily. We were at the hotel for 5 nights.
