Great pool. Nice location.
The front desk customer service is poor. Front desk staff on all shifts were pretty rude and defensive. Made the stay less enjoyable and not worth it.

I loved everything about this hotel. It was very clean, staff was very friendly, very comfortable bed, and I loved how close local restaurants were.
4.0 / 10.0
The room itself was very comfortable.
Our room wasn’t ready until nearly two hours after check in time keeping us waiting in the non air conditioned lobby. Parking was very limited and confusing. The elevators seem to always be slow or downright dysfunctional
We were lured in by the relatively low prices for very nice rooms, but what wasn’t made clear is how that comes at the cost of nearly every amenity costing extra. Parking was 35$/night, a fact that was very disappointing to learn.
The room itself was very nice. No complaints at all about it. Just know what you’re getting into. The cheap room prices come with lots of hidden fees you won’t recognize until you’re there.

The gym was great with lots of choice, multiple different bikes including a peloton. Room was a good size.
The staff were not very helpful; I checked in and told me nothing about the property, breakfast, where to find the elevators, WiFi, gym, the pool, they didn’t even tell me my room number.
The conditioner and shampoo provided includes wheat which means it can not be used if you are gluten free.
The Marketplace they have in the lobby is poorly stocked.

The staff, particularly in the dining room in the mornings, were very friendly and helpful.
Liked the availability of breakfast sandwich & yogurt parfait option as opposed to full buffet.
Parking lot tight, but spaces always available.
Room was fine, quiet and clean; but no closet and the kitchenette was quite minimal
on 8th floor at least, the elevator indicator light did not work, otherwise things were fine
10.0 / 10.0
Location, cleanliness, friendly and attentive staff, comfortable room, fantastic shower, amenities, view and on site parking.
Only thing I didn't like was the pre-made sandwich that cost $12. The bread was stale tasting and the bacon seemed somewhat raw.
9.0 / 10.0
The view and location and the lobby was decorated for the cherry blossom festival.
The only real problems are the price of parking at the hotel the limited space and the elevators not always being in service which causes longer wait times.

It was clean and looked maintained
The person that checked us in didnt give us our complimentary breakfast so we had to pay for it the first day. Also a discount in the parking tickets was offered to us due to this inconvenience and they didnt. We found out after we left when they sent the receipt via email.

Everything. My favorite hotel
One elevator broke. Slow
10.0 / 10.0
Room was spacious, on site parking, close to great restaurants and bars, easy check in and check out.
Have to leave this blank as there was nothing that would cause me to down vote this Marriott!

Very clean hotel, which feels like it’s recently been renovated. Big rooms with decent bathrooms and huge TVs. Ok breakfast with typical American food, friendly staff and a very good gym, accessible 24/7.
Plus few dining options in the close proximity and a good commute to downtown DC on a red subway/metro line.
All in all, a very pleasant family-friendly alternative to expensive DC hotels.
Super slow elevators.

Belle ambiance et très propre.
Les ascenseurs ont parfois plus de difficultés.

The property was very clean. The staff were polite and knowledgeable.
My room did not have the amenities described and the room description. My room did not have a microwave nor a minibar.

Staff was top notch. Clean comfortable rooms and facilities. Good location
Everything was an added cost. Hotel was above average in price per night, but everything was an additional cost. Bottle water $3 coffee in the morning $3 parking at $30/night. $20 for a breakfast buffet of mediocre food. Stayed at less premium hotels that had more complimentary features.
10.0 / 10.0
The decor and the atmosphere of the establishment. And didn't charge an incidental fee like other hotels do. So I definitely appreciate that. And ot was affordable. So thsnk you will return in April for 2 nights!!
Nothing to add

The location was great.
The parking in the garage, is very confusing and needs to be better communicated as to how the system actually operates. The garage itself is well lit and extremely clean and always spaces available. The fix is in the exiting the garage.

The room was very clean. People were very nice.
Room was smaller than advertised. Wifi was extra. Room had no heavier blanket, and heating unit was loud. Would've moved, but was only one night. $35 to park. Lighting was poor. (Room entryway was long with no light. Since that was where the coat/luggage rack was, I actually used a flashlight.)

The room, pool and front desk staff 😌
cleaning staff, they come to early morning to ask if they can clean the room 😴 when I said early morning is 8:00am

This is my favorite place to stay in Bethesda! Short walk to lots of great restaurants, shops, metro etc!
I stay here as a patient at NIH. It’s on shuttle route and great value!

There was a restaurant on the premises

the location
This was my second time staying there and completely different experience. There was one elevator working and took a long time to board. A roach crawled from under the coffee maker...that I would say was the most unpleasant. we did alert staff at the front desk.
5.0 / 10.0
Beautiful hotel.
The elevators didn’t work. The parking garage is ridiculously tight for bigger vehicles.
8.0 / 10.0
We liked the location and value. Rooms were comfortable and it was nice to go downstairs to the bar in the evening.
We found the furniture to be too modern and the chairs VERY LOW for a 6' tall man to sit on. The garbage cans in the room should all have plastic bags in them to handle any hygiene waste or liquids. Breakfast food was a little overcooked.
7.0 / 10.0
Stylish hotel, comfortable beds, good breakfast and attentive staff.
Elevators weren't working until the last day which was an inconvenience.
8.0 / 10.0
The overall hotel experience was nice and comfortable. I love the pool on the roof top but I feel there should be drinks and snack served up there.
I didn’t like the parking situation. Paying $50 a day for parking is ridiculous. Also saying breakfast is included and than having to pay for breakfast, I did not like that. The water bottles is the room that were complimentary I also got charged for, I didn’t like that either.
9.0 / 10.0
Everything well-organized and seamless, plus over the top friendly service at breakfast.

The locations
Bad customer service, they don’t clean the room even if your are full of trash. No changing towels unless your request. You have to tell them there job to do it for you. Too expensive for there low quality. The parking garage is so bad. I was very unhappy.
10.0 / 10.0
The roof top pool was wonderful with beautiful 360 degree views.
The parking was a bit tricky; not easy to navigate an SUV. Also, it’s a city garage so anyone could park there, not just hotel customers.

Location
The elevator was often broken. They screwed up my reservation and sent two men to evict me from my room 2 days before my confirmed leave date. I had my confirmed itinerary. They did not knock but just barged in the room. Fortunately for all I was dressed. Not happy at all with front desk. No concession or free parking for a day. Won’t be going back.

Very nice rooms and staff
8.0 / 10.0
The property was clean, nice lobby, and rooms were nice. The gym was nice and had a good amount of equipment.
The elevator was slow, breakfast not included and hidden fees. The pool not for smaller kids. No activities
