Great hotel with tasty breakfast, gym and pool with the slide

- The room was big and comfortable, it had everything it needed. - Breakfast was great, good variety of food, waffles, not many vegetables. - The pool and a slide are great for kids, and the gym is available as well. - Convenient location close to the city center. - Room service was very attentive and provided extra towels by request.

A couple of nit-picky details: - Air conditioning could be better, but it didn't affect our stay. - The breakfast area could have more obvious instructions on how to use the waffle maker (I observed a few people struggling to figure out how to use it, myself included).

Breakfast was good. Very large room.

Very large room but only 1 chair and it was for the desk. There is lots of space to put two chairs and a coffee table so that two people can watch TV without at least 1 using the bed as a chair.

Liked location out of busy downtown with construction etc Good restaurant Kijus plus easy listening live music. Easy drive to Louisburg. Good variety of food at breakfast Staff personable and efficient

Great breakfast, great value, nice rooms overall and lovely staff and decor. The pool is too small.

Great breakfast; very nice, helpful staff; nice decor everywhere; lovely entrance and breakfast room.

The water pressure for our bathroom sink was very low; it was difficult to wash even our hands in it. There was a large stain on the carpet near the entrance of the room. The fridge was too small to accommodate much so not very useful for travellers with a few food and drink items needing refrigeration. The pool was too small for a hotel of that size and was often filled with more people than it is supposed to accommodate. We could not use it for those reasons despite staying there three days.

Great stay, would recommend this hotel.

Reception were very welcoming. Our room had two double beds and was a good size. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking available. Breakfast was good, consistently being replenished.

This is basically a recently opened hotel that deserve a praise

The breakfast is very good, and the room is very clean. The location is top-tier and this is the perfect place for the final stop of your trip.

There was only one functioning elevator when we arrived there, so the waiting line for the elevators can be long (Hopefully, they have fixed it by now). There was only one set of laundry machinery as well, and for a hotel with a swimming pool, this might not be enough at peak season.

Large comfortable room.

Breakfast was very busy and everything was disposable: plates; cups; cutlery and leftovers. Entirely self service, not very hygienic and definitely unhealthy.

The hotel was great, modem, new, very nice.

My only thing to note was the beds were not as comfortable as I expected, everything else was wonderful.

It was mediocre.

Thet variety at breakfast was good. The pool area clean and spacious. There was free coffee and tea everywhere at anytime which was a bonus.

I needed a credit card to check in, which wasn't stated anywhere at time of booking or when my confirmation was sent. I had to call a relative to get credit card to complete my booking.

Our family escape

Accommodation was made for 3 rooms next each other for entire family weekend...our king room was able to accommodate our grandchildren to gather and play at end of hallway away from disturbing other guests...amazing staff
