We enjoyed our stay there at both ends of our trip.

Restaurant on the premises, right on Hwy 11, the open desk in the lobby was very welcoming

All pillows were too big. They all caused my neck to be very uncomfortable.. At least one smaller pillow should be available for each bed. The Grab bar beside the toilet was too high and as a result was not useful. The toilet was too low for a handicapped person.

Great value for money, always friendly staff with great customer service AND the breakfast is delish!

One of the cleaning staff accidentally mistook my face cloth for one of theirs and it’s now gone. Was unable to get breakfast on second day and forced to eat gross macdonalds. There should be a to-go option.

Location was great. Breakfast good. Staff was terrific.

We were in an accessible room, but there was no close handicapped parking. By the time we returned from family visits, the close parking stalls were filled.

We were very pleased with the whole stay and would recommend this facility to others.

The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were exceptionally good. The breakfast was excellent and a good start to a busy day. Access was excellent with just a short walk from the outside door. That was very much appreciated as I have a walking issue.

I missed safety bars in the washroom and a railing to hang on to at the outside steps down. I had also not requested a handicap room where those facilities might have been a part of the package, so was not prepared to complain a lot about it. The short walk to the room compensated for these concerns.

Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. There was a very good restaurant on site and the complementary breakfast was wonderful. We would certainly stay there again.

There was no elevator to the second floor but that was not a real problem.

Everything was clean and well-kept. The hotel staff as well as the restaurant staff were friendly the service what's above average. I would definitely stay here again.

The amenities are a little bit older the shower pipes were quite noisy but everything was very clean
