Food was great, variety/selection was great. Candy treated my grandchildren like they were her own! She’s very kind and welcoming! She was the rock star of our breakfast experience! 🤩

The staff was exceptional as well as the entire team and the facility. From the clerk to the cafeteria worker and chef they were all very hospitable and engaged with their customers.
Water pressure was a little low but they informed us that they were working on the issue.

When you first walk in the door, you are hit with an awful fake perfume smell that set off my asthma. It smelled so gross I tried to hold my breath for a few feet.
The shower body wash and hair shampoo/conditioner was empty. When I complained, the manager did ask me if I wanted someone sent to the room. But that was 9:30pm. I decided to wait till they cleaned the next day. I left a nice tip and a please and thank you note to fill it. When I returned, again the bottles were empty and the sink still dirty. It’s located right next to a ball field. So unless, you are up to hearing loud announcers and music till almost midnight, I wouldn’t stay here. There are plenty of good hotels right outside of the city. Parking is $18/day which isn’t specified. Breakfast is $15 per person (even charged for my child) and it wasn’t even good.

The location was in good walking distance to allot of activities and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable.
The pool was way too small. It was too crowded for my child to barely get in. And it was difficult to get a parking spot even after paying for a spot.

Very clean! Receptionist was very nice! Texted to check on us after we got checked in.
$14 for breakfast and was even charged full price for a child’s breakfast. All he had was a banana.

Location was a block from the downtown stores. The area felt safe.
the pillows were so bad. The room was very plain and loud. Fans in bathroom fridge and heater. The room has never been dusted chair legs and baseboards Not a comfortable room and fake hard wood floors so bland could have been a revamped Cheap hotel room. And charged 18 $ for me to park across the street cause it is public parking. There is no descent parking.

we were in room 507, the sheets didn’t fit the bed and one of the nightstands kept pulling away from the wall and pinched my husband’s hand. Otherwise the stay was delightful.
