Clean and Inexpensive Room, Perfect for an Unexpected Stay

The room was a bit dated, but clean. Some nicer quality pillows would improve the comfort rating. The guy at reception could have been a little more friendly and welcoming, considering what our family had been through that evening (broken down vehicle) and that we had a very tired toddler with us, some warmth towards your customers makes a world of difference!

Great location, friendly guest atmosphere. Pool and private beach are so close. Good space in room. Comfortable bedding.

Bar fridge was wobbly, air conditioner (worked well) but was SO noisy! Couldn't get tv to work, but didn't try too hard.

Front desk are out of this world. They are just there to receive and give from you. Bad customer service.

We had the cleaners steal my wife’s phone right off of the counter in our room on the day we were checking out. They came to clean the room and my wife was in the washroom and told them she would be just a few more minutes. When she came out of the washroom her phone was gone and he was the only one in the room. When he was confronted about it he denied it. When he left work the phone was pinging in a different location and was on the move. Her phone was later found in an area of town we had never been and was smashed. I have sent a message to the motel as well as booking. Com. I have not even received a response from either of them. Hotel not recommended as they will steal right out of your room and booking . Com. Does nothing about it. Hotels . Com is a much better platform to book through. I have never had an issue with them.

For the amount we paid, it is absolutely crazy for such a place.

Close to everything

The payment that was more more than what was expected. I paid $100 when I booked and was shown that the reste was $716, then I was asked to pay more than $840 in addition to $100 for 4 night in such a very modest place. And with $235 anigjt, I could have got something better than that. All in all, it was only for the kids even with the fire in the mountains there.

have stayed here multiple times over the years and with friends and we all love it. Jay the owner is always great to deal with along with his family will be returning soon.

Good location but that's about it!

I've stayed at most of the hotels on the beach here in Osoyoos and this is by far the worst one. They don't even have a microwave in the room. They barely supply enough kitchen supplies to cook a meal and the fridge leaked water and had a terrible smell the whole time. The a/c unit was also a big disappointment as it was not that good.

The best part of this place is the location and the staff are nice.

Opportunity to Upgrade....

What I liked .....? Not one thing. ....well...maybe the opportunity for us to stay at a higher quality hotel ....for the same price..

Didn't like being turned away after driving all day....because our service animal was not allowed. ......how many times are we going to have to repeat this. Stop asking us how our stay was.....it was NOT A STAY....(..by the way, ...EVERY OTHER PLACE WE STAYED AT ACCEPTED THE SERVICE DOG....WITHOUT QUESTION. ( Some even WAIVED the deposit!)
