Exactly what you would expect for the price: you'll get everything you need with no frills.

I had the best night's sleep here that I've had in a LONG time. I'm sure part of it was we didn't have two big dogs trying to share the bed, but the mattress, sheets, and pillows felt lovely.

The shower was a little bit jankety, but it got us clean. The breakfast was a little bit sparse but we filled our bellies before we left and we were satisfied enough.

location to El Camino Hospital

rundown, nothing like the ads say about it being a great hotel. Breakfast was sparse. Heater has a thermostat on wall that does not work.

Great Stay but horrible elevator!

Very clean and comfortable with great location.

the elevator is extremely sketchy!!! It even tried to go down when I was gonna enter, luckily the doors was opened so that seize the elevator in place. I think it is outdated and on the paperwork, it said it was last checked in 2020. That was long ago and I believe it needs to be fixed or checked on again!

Doors slamming constantly every day/ night of 4 night stay. Changed rooms immediately bc of guy lurking outside my 1st floor window who started approaching window (which btw has no bars or locks anyone could come into room easily on first floor as backside of building has very limited lighting) which front desk seemed unbothered by when i reported issue and gave me a room upstairs. Breakfast is stale crossaints, bagel, or slice of bread and coffee/tea only No protein or juice available at breakfast Seems like transitional housing for some Bed is horrible spring mattress where u can feel every coil in your sides back hips

Reasonable price for location, good staff, poor elevator

The staff was helpful and professional.

I stayed on the 3rd floor. The elevator is slow, which is unfortunate but isn't rare, however the floors do not have lights that clearly indicate where the elevator is or that it is arriving. Lights + sound = accessibility. I used the stairs several times because I didn't know whether the elevator was coming or going. The stairwells were carpeted and perhaps because of that had a faint musty or stuffy odor.

Nice place to stay!

Location was nice! Room was also comfortable and pretty clean. A/C was nice and powerful, if a little loud. Shower was clean and had an adjustable intensity showerhead. Surprisingly soundproof walls, so soundproof my husband couldn't hear me from the bathroom! $800 for 4 days seemed steep to me, but on review is a really good value for the area!

Thermostat was not working in the room (blank screen, didn't respond to button presses). However, I could control the A/C unit manually so it wasn't a huge deal! The interior design was charming to me personally, but it might come across as dated to others.

Comfortable and quiet, but not wonderful.

Location is good. One mile from old downtown Mountain View. Can walk to nearby fast food & drugstore. Fast and easy to get on and off highway. My room at the back of the hotel was quiet, air conditioning worked, wifi worked, bed was comfortable, bed and bathroom were clean.

My room was incompletely cleaned, a previous guest left some intimate items in a bedside drawer. Breakfast was adequate but not enjoyable, and not worth paying for: only coffee, bagels, prepackaged hard boiled eggs, and some sad looking fruit. But, no yogurt, no milk, no juice, no granola.

it was convenient and close by

the rooms were too small and the first room we got the cable didn’t work so we had to be switched rooms and the second room we went into the cable cord was taken out so we had to put it back in the HDMI

Clean and comfortable. Fairly quiet. Good wifi. Met our needs for a short stay.

No breakfast and no sign that breakfast wasn't included, BUT it looked like there was breakfast when we checked in. Only in the AM were we told no breakfast. If they had said only coffee when we checked in, that would have been better
