Poor service, Poor service

The service attitude is poor. I asked to call the manager, but the manager was clearly inside. The front desk staff said the manager was not there. Then l asked a few more times and the manager came out. I was speechless.

They clearly didn't have a room with three beds, but when I booked, they showed on the computer that there were three beds. When I arrived, they told me that there were no rooms. They deceived customers and the experience was very bad.

The location

The staff (joanna) was very rude and disrespectful not only to me but my daughters. and the room wasn't clean, and smells rotten. The toilet was clogged before we got there. The carpet was sticky, the sheets were dirty and had blood stains. Joanna disregard our problems, she scream and threw a plunger in front of me and said fix it yourself. Multiple people came down to complain while we were there as well. The picture below is a screen shot of the video we took when joanna brought out the plunger.

Stayed 1 night- hotel was decent enough and most likely will go back

The size of the room was comfortable to relax in We liked that there was a refrig and a microwave in the room Bed was comfortable Good location- close to the highway

Cost - should have a lower cost for seniors Room was a bit warm temp wise Bathroom shower door had mold all along the bottom glass sliding door- needs to be cleaned

I enjoy our clean nice personable stay.

There were many parts of the facility under construction but the staff tried to do the best they could with the situation.

Could have been better. But could have been a lot worse

The room was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

However the shower in the bathroom was very mildewed and the shower hard did not work. Also the face in the bathroom continuously ran and the toilet ran all night. In my opinion the price for 1 night wasn’t worth it

This hotel is completely rundown. It seems like no upgrades or proper routine maintenance is done! I can’t believe the Hilton is affiliated with this property!!! This is a location located near a popular beach and our shower did not work!!! Pool was closed. Hot tub was drained. Only one elevator working, ice machine on fourth floor has water running down the side in the bottom foot of it is completely rusted so it’s been going on for a while.!!!!

Very good

Staff was very friendly, my family and I were greeted with a smile. Easy check in, breakfast was wonderful food was hot. Overall family and I had a wonderful stay.

Hair in shower, one of the rooms was hot. One of the beds had stains on the sheet, but I just removed it and set it to the side no big deal. Overall wonderful stay.

it would be my luck for things to go wrong. overall it was a semi pleasant stay. despite the issues we had in the room t

it was an okay stay. I expected better.

I got 2 charges on my card :/ the staff was really nice and understanding about my concern. one of the beds broke at 11pm at night and had to switch rooms. the toilet in the new room was acting up.

This is my second time staying here I will most definitely stay again

It was clean staff was very kind and considerate only thing wrong I could not higher the AC over all it was good
