Breakfast was excellent and freshly prepared. Hosts were very friendly, we felt welcome during our stay. The boardgames in the living room are a nice extra.

It was about a 10-15 min walk to the falls. House was very clean. The hospitality was excellent. Breakfast was served right on time and was very delicious. I would certainly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming historical bed and breakfast with my family, and I can confidently say that our experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a rich sense of history that permeated every inch of the building.
The hotel itself was beautifully preserved, with original architectural details that spoke to its storied past. Our room was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the small touches that added extra charm to our stay, such as the antique furnishings and the framed historical photographs that adorned the walls.
If you're looking for a unique and memorable place to stay with your family, this hotel is worth considering.

The breakfast was amazing. The owners were both super friendly and we had a nice time talking with them. The room (Paris room) was more than enough space for the two of us. We especially liked sitting on the balcony in the afternoon with a cup of tea. We have already recommended the Redwood to several friends.
It would be helpful to tell people that in order to park in the back of the B&B, you need to turn down River Lane, which runs behind the property, from either Otter St or Eastwood Crescent. We approached from River Road only to find there was no access to parking from the front of the property.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Jin and Lin were fantastic hosts. They made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was homecooked, fresh, and tasty! We really enjoyed the bacon-wrapped asparagus. They also accommodated my boyfriend's tree nut allergy. We were here to celebrate our four-year anniversary. Jin and Lin surprised us with a bottle of wine and a delicious cheesecake dessert brought to our room! Have nothing but good things to say about this place. We will be back
Nothing!

The B&B is in a quiet location with just a short walk to Niagra Falls. Parking is a nice feature. The room was very comfortable with lovely views and nice decor. The breakfast was very nice and service was pleasant.
I find the no shoes in the house requirement to be very inconvenient. Carrying luggage up and down rather steep and somewhat slippery stairs is more than a little inconvenient and is frankly off-putting. I also found the ROKU tv to be difficult to navigate. We tried to wash the MLB playoffs and weren't able to. I feel like they should have provided cable TV for their guests.

Our stay was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was delicious. Host was helpful but not intrusive. The room had everything we needed. The whole house was old but well maintained and appointed. We appreciated being able to secure our bikes and having access to the refrigerator to store our ice pack and a few items we’d been carrying around in our cooler. The location was perfect for us to be able to walk to Clifton hill amenities and to ride our bikes to the falls and beyond then back the other direction toward the whirlpool.

building character. balcony , welcoming owners, breakfast
wet chairs on balcony, squeeky floor, poor chairs in room

Lovely Victorian era period home from the 1890s, with all it’s charm the owners have recreated a similar aura especially with the free breakfast they provided old timely music of your choice played in vinyl. Me and my girlfriend, found this to be absolute great value within 12 min walking distance from the main strip. The hosts were super accommodating as they has messaged us beforehand of any extra helping tips e.g. Wifi and pass entry code as well whether we had any questions etc…
Would be nice to have a toilet in the communal area downstairs after checking out and waiting for your mode of transport but cannot fault this as a dislike as the stay was all round pleasant.

Breakfast each day was wonderful. Extremely helpful and even stayed up late to help us feel welcomed which was above and beyond necessary... Had traffic issues. First stay at a bed and breakfast but not the last however they have set the bar high for others to follow. The location is excellent for anyone staying to visit the falls.
That we had to leave

close to main falls but away from crowds.
quiet and comfortable. A very clean place and slept really well.
Lin and Jin was very generous and understanding when my flight got cancelled and missed one night stay. They didn’t charge us for missed night stay!! this would never happen when you stay in big chain hotels!!
This tells me that they are not just about making money but kind, caring and wonderful people! thank you
it’s an old house more than hundred years old but well maintained.
only thing concerned us was noisy staircases other wise very happy with stay

The room was lovely, beautifully decorated and comfortable. There was plenty of space with the extra sitting room and the large balcony. King bed was very comfy. The breakfasts were amazing...delicious and filling, and presentation was A+!! The hosts were also wonderful, friendly, welcoming and very helpful.
Really there wasn't anything we didn't like. We felt like we were visiting with family or friends.

The location: We liked the closeness to the falls and other attractions. Walking was easy, and since there is little parking in most places, walking was preferable. The location was also not in a very high traffic area, so it felt less busy, even during the day.
Breakfast was great everyday! There was variety and care put into every meal, and the dining room was full of great atmosphere and music from the record player! Hosts were kind, detail-oriented, and attentive!
Beds and floors were a little creaky (the house is old) but beds were comfortable.
Neighborhood had some residents with loud vehicles, but this was only a couple times.
