Good

A fairly old motel with a friendly staff and a good effort to present a clean and comfortable visit.

It is miles away from anything other than the highway which is about 4 or 5 miles distant

Great value

Best price anywhere in the area. The room/bed was comfortable, the bathroom was impeccably clean, and the shower was hot. Simple, hot, nutritious breakfast delivered straight to the room at the specified time. Host was extremely kind and attentive.

Heat pump was quite loud; possibility in need of servicing. Walls are thin and could hear other guests. Floor was very cold - bring slippers!

Exceptional

The breakfast served right to your room. The Motel is in a park area. You can sit outside around a campfire in the evening. You can go for a nice moring walk around the trees, away from all the hassle and bustle. The owners couple are very nice people, that would do anything for you

the only good thing at this property is the couple that runs this place (not sure if the own it) they are super friendly and very helpful. the breakfast was ok.

very run down motel need soooo much of work done to it. the bed was very old and uncomfortably. the tv was basic too.

It is a family business and the owner is very nice.

The breakfast is good, with home baked muffins.

The location is along the highway and close to trees. So, do expect to have insects flying around.

We would definitely stay here again, just not in the winter with the cold floor.

Very friendly owner and accommodating. Clean room. It had everything we needed. Reasonable rates.

The room was warm but the floors were very cold and a draft coming in from the door. Also would have preferred room darkening curtains since the outside light was shining in all night. Other then that, it was a very cute and quaint place to stay.

Everything was fantastic and more than expected for the price. Quaint older motel in a great setting. Very clean and comfortable. Owners are lovely and very accommodating. A must visit if you are looking for relaxing, welcoming atmosphere.

Comfortable and quiet and reasonably priced.

Nice quiet location outside of town with a rustic feel to it. Very nice owners that were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well laid out so you had plenty of space. The bed was comfortable and there was good wifi signal strength. Breakfast was quite good with coffee and homemade muffins.

I stayed here in the middle of winter and my room was kind of cold when I arrived. I mentioned this to the owner and he quickly brought an electric space heater to my room and the room heated up nicely and this was no longer a problem.

We thank you for our comfortable stay overnight and wish the owners much success.

We really enjoyed meeting the owners. They are very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the use of the desk and table and chairs. The bed was the most comfortable we have experienced in our trip to Canada!

Pretty woodsy place to stay with charming helpful owners.

The proprieters are delightful , They show you to your room, demonstrate how everything works and are available for questions and help needed througout your stay. To top it off, they have a nice take out breakfast including home made muffins by the owner who is a baker.
