Location, balcony, pool
Room quite small

Well situated on Bennett Bay; perfect for kayaking, canoeing and sups. Jetted hot tub and wave pool were a bonus, as was the fabulous Bistro Restaurant right on the property. Judy (the manager) was kind, gracious and very helpful, letting us in early, and then resolving requests and meeting our often unusual needs. I give the property a “10” because of Judy; another “10” because of view from, and comfort of the private deck.
Quite expensive for openers. Profits must be going to the owners rather than back into furnishings etc.
Silverware was a mixed collection of unmatched utensils. Couches and carpets showing wear. No washer and dryer available for the two bedroom villas.

Restaurant & Staff lovely & Kind
The bathroom was vey tight didn’t like that.

No breakfast self contained
The weather
4.3
For a continental breakfast it was exactly as expected, hot coffee, juices, fresh sliced bread, bagels and condiments as needed in an extremely warm and friendly atmosphere.
We were always made to feel welcome and relaxed whether coming or going or enjoying local banter and helpful suggestions.
We have difficulty finding a negative response to what was a very enjoyable experience.
4.3
Location and quietness
It is extra money as per the quality control f hotel very basic facilities, no microwave inside the suite, it’s in common area

What a lovely break from the hustle and bustle of city life. We enjoyed the view, pet-friendly space, games room, and park nearby. The sofa bed was actually comfortable with a memory foam mattress. Will return in the summer to enjoy Bennett Bay! Wifi was great for teens and the ability to sign in to your own streaming platforms was a huge bonus.
4.3
The location and that there is a restaurant on site.
It wasn’t as clean as I would have expected. Cob webs on the windows and spiders in the roof. There were also a couple of things that were clearly haphazardly fixed and an eye soar. For the price I would have expected better and it looked like there were robes online but there were not.

The view was fabulous, has a bar/restaurant, and breakfast was included.
Had to wait 20 minutes for the receptionist to check in.

The rooms were clean and new, the bed was very comfortable and the view was amazing. The only critics was we could hear the upstairs guests moving around.

Mayne has lots of memories for me so it was great to visit in style.

very decent restaurant
limited dining options for kids

view! very clean and a very cozy comfortable bed….
remembering to ask/request room/maid service to change towels and empty trash . it was available by request if needed….not a big problem.

The views are beautiful from each room, there are kayak rentals on site and E-bike rentals at the Home Hardware as well. The food on the whole Island was amazing! A great place to relax, enjoy the views, nature and great food!
The rooms are a bit small and a little out dated but cozy and the view makes up for it. The shower was very sensitive to hot or cold and most rooms are above a restaurant with live music at least it ends early. The staff could be a bit more helpful but were friendly.
4.3
The kids really enjoyed the proximity to beach and trails at the National Park.
The shower head water flow was not great and the shower head at the bathtub was broken so we have no choice but use the shower stall instead.
4.3
Location, pool table, library, views, nice person at front desk but could not help
No cleaning service in room, no cleaning done to common areas, room floor had broken slat, unable to get any cleaning done even with an request, loud in bar and restaurant, no entrance carpets or cleaning area for muddy carport.
Daily coffee in room was never refilled. Pandemic restrictions were done so no room cleaning was terrible. No breakfast of any kind. Hot tub had chemical bubbles
No Kleenex in room,

The pool and fitness facilities was nice. Bistro restaurant was pretty nice.
Bathroom was not very clean and facilities were old. The room was small so it was tight.

The pool and bathroom areas could use some upgrades .

Beach access for beach combing and staring out to the ocean. Privacy and comfort. Great location. Very comfortable. Would definitely return.
It was all good.

The time of booking in and out and coordination of ferry.

No breakfast or lunch

The cottage was spacious and comfortable with a great view and reasonable privacy/
This is not really a resort. It is more like camping. One doesn't usually need to bring one's own food to a resort. There is only one restaurant and it is open in the evening only and only one other on the island at all that we could find. There are really no services. It is possible to rent a kayak by ordering it by text but my text was not replied to. Checkout time is 10AM though they did extend it for us to 11:00 but still, since the only ferry off the island is not until after 5 it would have been nice if there were some available spaces for those who have checked out. We had to hang around for six hours - cleaning the unit was done in much less time!

Great location, wonderful views, beautiful resort layout.
Wifi was terrible. Staffing is low which I understand but when arriving it was hard to know how to check in or receive service.
