Bad experience!!!

Front desk clerk Comfy bed Breakfast and Supper

The Corridor smelt like someone puked. The Xmas tree was cut into multiple pieces and spread all over(not a big deal but....) There was a Rigid vacuum and a Dewalt drill just randomly sitting on the floor in different locations and didn't see any workers around. The Hot tub was inoperative There was stains on my comforter I waited 7 minutes after the waitress greeted ( not sure how long it was before I started timing it because I think they forgot about me)me to take a seat and see if I wanted a drink. There was only a group of 6 and another couple in the restaurant. Staff were very friendly but.... The drink machine was almost empty with only 2 or 3 kinds to choose from I've been staying there "almost" every 2 weeks on business for the past year and this stay has to be the worst experience and now I'M debating at switching hotels....I should've taken pics of some of my complaints but the only one I took was the stains on my bed

Scamming hotel/BS cancellation policy

Nothing I wasn't given a room and I'm still trying to get a refund from bookings 2months later. I booked my room, got to the hotel 5mins later and when I went to the front desk they claimed to have no rooms available to rent and that they didn't have my reservation from bookings.com in their system. After over 20mins of trying to get a room from them (they had no normal rooms but claimed to have rooms reserved for business or some BS and couldn't give me one) so I had to call around to multiple other hotels trying to find an available room

Nice place but beware of no shower or tub!

Hotel had good amenities snd the restaurant was great but no actual shower/tub!

No shower/tub. Awful set up for handicap only.

More than satisfied

Comfortable, clean hotel with good beds. Nice adjacent restaurant that we visited for breakfast (included) and dinner. Free use of pool table but 2nd cue and some chalk would be nice though. Very friendly reception staff. Ok salt water indoor pool and outdoor lounge area.

Pool area could use some maintenance. Hot tub was ooo unfortunately.

Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Se,rice was quick.

The $200 deposit not listed on website or on any correspondence.

Great place to stay.

It was important for me to have really good wifi internet connection as I had a remote video meeting to present at one morning. Internet was fast and really good. I also was able to make use of the restaurant on site which served great food. The hotel provided a voucher for breakfast at this same restaurant and I had a full hot breakfast of my choice at no additional cost. Great bonus.

Might go back if the pool is only for the hotel guess.

That people pay only 8$ to go swim and don’t respect the rule. And us had to leave because of them. Slashing water on every one no respect at all.

Exactly the spot we needed

Breakfast was good, no meat was offered though for the one egg breakfast. Room was clean, shower had good water pressure.

My daughter wanted to use the pool table and it wasn't operational

Breakfast and staff friendly

The disgusting dirty carpet. Room was probably a smoking room at one time and still smelled of old smoke.
