Awfully disappointing for the money. What a rip off

They should close while doing such a large renovation. Bathroom in room was dirty around seat. Refrigerator in room very loud making sleeping nearly impossible.

The night ladies at the desk. They was awsome!!! The lobby was clean.

The bath room had mold in the toilet and shower door. The shower head didn't work right. If you stay more than one night the house keeping dosen't clean your room only every 4 days. The chair was broken and nasty ,had stains all over it. . Had to go get TP and Kleenex. The bed needed updated. The elevator had the same trash on the floor and spilt drink the whole time we was there. The lobby had way to much perfume. Killed my allergies. Didn't realize you had to pay for breakfast. The lawn was unkept. Expected way more for a Hilton. Very disappointing.

I liked that there was an ice machine on my floor, plenty of snacks in the store.

There was roof repair being done straight above my room VERY EARLY in the morning. it seems that I could’ve been put in a different area of the hotel.

Decent for the price. No frills, nothing special.

The hotel was decently clean and comfortable. Rooms were a bit out dated but comfortable and decently clean.

The breakfast was not good. The food was rough and shouldn't have been offered even for free. Ten dollars per person for unpleasant, cheap food, and didn't even include everything on the buffet.

Please make 24 hour coffee service available!

The room was very large, and the bed was comfortable. I liked the 12 noon checkout. The location was great, off the main road, so quiet.

I don't understand why any hotel would not have 24 hour coffee service. This hotel did not. It's such a simple thing, it saves the cost of using coffee pods in the room, and the convenience is appreciated.

I booked a room with 2 queens and ended up with a king and a small sofa bed Breakfast is now order from a menu and not self serve. Room had 1 bar of soap for 2 bathrooms and there was mold around the top of the bathtub

great room size, nice and clean environment, the front desk accommodated early check in.

The breakfast was one of two things - either the continental or "order from the menu". The continental was not appealing. We ordered from the menu instead. My boys felt that the breakfast was very light. They usually like a little bit more. The single waffle for one and the three pan cakes for the other was not enough. May be the portions can be increased depending on the request from the patrons.

There were so many bugs.

The location was great

There were a lot of bugs. Carpet was really dirty. Desk in room was sticky. The lounge chair in our room had stains on it. A centipede came crawling out of the drain when we turned on the hot tub. There was a huge trail of ants next to the pool by the exercise room. There was a tick on the pool towel my daughter was using. There were rollie pollies on the bed and tons of different bugs on the window sill. Then a spider came crawling down from the ceiling
