A pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The room was spacious The bed was comfortable The shuttle bus drivers were both very friendly and helpful The lobby staff during the day was friendly and helpful The shuttle was efficient

The staff late night was not friendly

Our stay was pretty good and It could've been better.

I like the room very much. Its spacious and big for two people.

I wish there was a Microwave in the room. Especially when you are on the level 6 and up. Coming down to heat up food is too much. We were not able to change the temperature in the room so we end up not leaving the heat on. The room got pretty hot in the middle of the night.

Was very short. We had an early flight.

Location, close to the airport.

Refrigerator in the room was very loud.

Surprised not in a favorable way

Location & shuttle service

The room was freezing and the thermostat did not work. Finally I had to turn it off so cold air did not blow on my bed. I slept fully clothed. The free WiFi is very complicated to find - I guess you say you will pay honors but don’t enter card? It continually falls out. Poor for 2023!

Great stay for a one night stop on our way to our final destination!

Beautifully kept. Helpful and friendly staff!

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. But that’s not necessarily on your company. I just have to have a specific kind of mattress, so no worries.

Loved being able to walk over to the Wildlife refuge next door. There was a festival and a band, which was a treat!

everything was good but the most important part: shuttle to airport

shuttle to airport was not punctual, should come every 30 minutes but was late for at least 15 minutes. I couldn’t wait so I had to take Uber.

The food was delicious in the restaurant. Friendly service at the restaurant, especially the staff that was serving at breakfast time.

the bed’s comfortable

it Showed Hot Tubs And They Weren’t One I Was Also Told Over The Phone That They Didn’t Have Two Beds Available but when I went to check in I asked at the front desk to switch and was able to switch after all bathroom was ridiculous small no free breakfast & have to pay for parking

Will stay again!

Sharmin the front desk gal, was great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool is great but freezing. :/

I’m sad the hot tubs were not in working order.

no hot tub even though website said it did which was the main reason we chose that hotel.

nice enough for a convenient stay near the airport

convenient to the airport and had a free shuttle nice enough room, clean and comfortable

The faucets were hard to control - water flow was too hard The restaurant food was IK but not great downstairs decor looked dated
