Small town Saskatchewan girl on an adventure with her senior dog. 10/10 recommend staying here.

Everything was amazing. Having a big dog, it is hard to find accommodations let alone an old dog with him having hip dysplasia and this place exceeded any and all expectations. Unreal customer service. The smoking area is a friendly place to meet new people and get a good insight of places people may want to visit as a tourist. 10/10 recommend this motel.

Nothing. I wouldn't change a thing about my stay. It was exceptional.

clean spacious room, nice location for restaurants, grocery, and a long morning run along the water. friendly helpful lady at the check-in. she quickly split the bill for us, and stored some items for a week.

would not stay again

very dirty floors, our feet were black within 5 minutes on walking around the room after our showers. Dirty in general. No towel hooks for our used towels. We booked the room so we could use the hot tub but it was empty and not in service which was not disclosed during our reservation process. Also no grab bars in the showers which was very dangerous ( especially due to my partner slipping in it)

Christmas in Comox

Kitchen was nice although I did not use it. Spacious room. Bed was fairly comfortable. Bedding is nice. Black out curtains good idea. Lots of clean towels.

Could use better lighting. No hair dryer but I think other rooms have one. Also needs a radio to check the time and set an alarm.

This is really a motel designed for summer. Floor ice cold, door not weather stripped, heating inadequate.

Should not be called an "inn and suites". It was a lower end motel.

The person at check-in was very pleasant.

Air conditioner was an add-on and super noisy. There was no ability to open the window. Lighting in the room was poor. The furnishings were lacking. The bathroom was low-end.

No changes for parking, and a best breakfast restaurant in town right beside check in office.

It was old inn, the room looks clean but the smell was bad , hot tub was broken, you can hear next door because of air conditioning was portable so ,you can hear everything .

The AC worked at least so that was ok.

The room was not clean, dirty blankets, sheets, towels ect. Extremely uncomfortable bed. Its also is a very bad sketchy location. Lots of drug users and homeless in the area, did not feel safe.

Pleasant

The location is good and there are many places within walking distance like food, shops and Liquor. The property is kept tidy. There were no safety concerns. Parking was easy

The name as its a Motel but called Comox Inn&Suites although in Courtney. The suite beds are mangled torture chamblers. The weather stripping was non existent on suite doors. 1 table, 1 chair, 1 bedside tablu and no lamp. Lighting was horrid. The toilet wobbled.Stay if u got to not because u want to

Great location for my purpose - walking distance to numerous decent restaurants and to ‘downtown’,.

Clean, loved that the floor was laminate and not carpet! Comfy bed. Staff were very nice and friendly.

Great stay

The location was great with the Main Street nearby restaurant across the street and 31 minutes to mount Washington Staff very courteous. Fun time for our family overall. Thanks.
