Three breakfasts--each were different and very fine, with fruit, baked good and a hot-egg-based main dish.
Proprietor responded immediately and effectively to our request for proper reading light. Lack of proper light is almost universal in hotels these days, because light-bulbs now sold are usually inadequate. But,we got incandescent after request.

the house is beautiful and charming - as is the host Sandra. Breakfast was divine and Sandra even sent leftover scones with us.

The room and house was immaculate, quiet. We had a very tasty breakfast on the front porch with a table just for two…quaint and romantic! Our room had a lovely covered balcony. The bathroom was spacious and remodeled.. Sandy and Keith were the quintessential hosts. I would highly recommend this property.

The location was beautiful, and our balcony had a water view. Lovely quiet neighborhood but easy to get to main falls area and NOTL. The breakfast was all homemade and luxury, and the host Sandra was lovely to talk to. She even recommended a great hike that we ended up doing on our last day. Everything exceeded expectations.
A breakfast time offered later in the day since we are not early risers. But it did help us get going earlier in the morning for our daytime activities.

The room was big and very clean. The manager was so nice and was easy to contact when we had questions. She provided breakfast for our stay at a very reasonable time and it was very well put together. My boyfriend and I got a baked apple with banana muffins and apple cinnamon puff pancakes. We were both amazed with the service and hospitality provided. The manager told us about a bunch of lovely hiking trails around the area and we were super close to Old Town NOTL and Queenston.
We stayed in the loft room and the bathroom was small with the slanted ceilings so you had to watch your head! There was no shower, just a bath tub. You were only able to plug in a few things at a time because there were heaters used in the room, if you had too many things plugged in you would lose power to a section of the room so you had to be conscious of charging your phone or laptop or when you should use the kettle!

Early breakfast! I am just not an early bird! Only one chair to sit on in our room, but when I mentioned it to Sandra she had a folding chair outside my door waiting for us!

Sandra served delicious fruit and home-baked muffins with a lovely cooked meal that was different every day. The location was perfect - between the town of Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. Great biking options.

I wanted to stay in Niagara On the Lake. On their website they gave their address as Niagara On the Lake. They were actually 11 KMs away in Queenston. Their address was on Front street. On Niagara on the Lake, Front street was two blocks from Queen Street were all the attractions I wanted were located. The closest restaurant to them was 4KMs away. The result being after checking out closest facilities that we moved to Niagara ON the Lake so that we could enjoy the Restaurant and Bars and be able to walk home. Their website was extremely misleading as to their location.

Sandra went out of her way to insure my food was safe for me to eat. I have celiac disease and cannot tolerate dairy but my food was delicious and I had no issues. My husband loved his dishes as well! An amazing family, loved getting to know them.
