Walking distance to restaurant we also reserved at. Ample space & feel of a tiny apartment. Views are very nice, staff is friendly & helpful.
Something in the room set off allergies so tough to sleep. Walls are "paper thin" and being next to the highway you constantly hear traffic (to be expected I guess) you also hear neighbours quite clearly.

The pool, the location, the view of the mountains, small kitchen table, dishes, oven and fridge, good TV channels, etc,,, they have everything

accessible, very good staff and friendly
the room smell like wet carpet but its not carpet, smell like basement, maybe there molds somewhere we need to open the window and door to let some fresh air in, we ended up buying car freshener and spray in deppaneur to remove the smell,

It was outdated. Could have used some work. We were a little disappointed because the pictures were nicer than the room.

the view and location of the property were fantastic! and the staff was very friendly and kind.
the room was very cold due to the fireplace hatch fixed to be kept open. Only provided two towels when four people were staying. May be nice to have a floor mat provided for boots upon entering the space.

Price and location was good.
Door into the room was hard to close / lock. A large amount of cold air coming from door gap. The room was good, everything clean and organized. The washroom was most disappointing, door didn't close properly, toilet flush didn't stop running until you played with it and the fan had a hard time starting, loud at first but eventually got going. If you had to use washroom in the night you couldn't start it otherwise it would wake people up.
I know i got what i paid for, but the minor repairs could have changed the entire experience.

I liked the view and kitchenette.
The television was set in a strange place, the sofa was neither in front of the television or fireplace. The beds were terribly hard. Also the bath tub is in terrible shape and only have working. Really bad. I had asked to change room from management and was refused, I feel the manager wasn't happy I booked with Booking.com and gave me a sub-par room.

Great little hotel. Clean, comfy, great little kitchen as well so we could prepare our food instead of ordering in. Loved it.
Beds were a little firm and pillows were not good. Definitely bring your own pillows.

The hotel was right next to the highway and even though it advertises a balcony with the room, it is a common motel balcony which is the entrance to all rooms on the floor. There is no outdoor space to enjoy the area and when you do step out, you are facing a busy highway. There were a number of people smoking on this "balcony" so it was hardly a place one could sit and admire the Laurentians. There are much more charming places to stay in the area. I only stayed one night of the three I had booked and had to leave for a medical situation which arose. The hotel refused to give me even a partial refund for the two remaining nights.
