The staff and cleaning.

There wasn't hygiene products in the room. Also no water.

Room was clean, relatively affordable and adequate for a last minute weekend reservation.

Staff working went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with our room. Allowed us to see room before we checked in and helped us carry our bags in. Room was very clean.

AC was not on when we checked in. It took a while for the room to cool down. Bed sheets had a lot of fabric pills and were scratchy… Jacuzzi rooms not included in online booking.

The place needs some cosmetic work

The place felt comfortable and safe and the agent on duty helpful .

The hallways smelled and rugs dirty in the hallways. The bathroom floor was dirty under the sink and just needed a little cleaning via a mop

low on amenities: no tissues, tea or coffee. no kettle. a cracked plastic cup. price was much higher then rates posted on room door (despite in theory I should be getting a discount)

did the job for what we needed, should’ve stayed somewhere else

the property was close to the event we were going to so the location was convenient and staff was very pleasant.

we booked a non smoking room however we didn’t not receive that the whole night we stayed I couldn’t sleep because of the overwhelming smell of smoke, while the rooms looked like they were possibly clean myself and my husband were afraid to touch anything or use the blankets and sheets.

Was kind of disappointing

The manager was nice

There was an advertisement online stating that a hot tub room was $80 for the night which is false and I got a small room with no hot tub $ $100 and when I asked about the hot tub room he said it was $180 so that advertised price I did not get and I was very upset

I wish I had chosen a different place and paid more money.

the Location was good for us.

Plenty of rooms empty in main building, only bottom floor which is what we needed. We were put in a separate, older building on second floor, down a long hall in the very last room. It seemed no one else was on the second floor. Room had large carton , a table and other things stored in the closet. We couldn’t use the closet, obviously. The mattresses were older but were actually comfortable. The room was a decent size and it was nice except one bed was in front of the bathroom so you had to squeeze into the bathroom.
