My Stay At Aiden Best Western of Sedona

I liked the day shift. They were very sweet and attentive. The room was beautiful and the price was wonderful.

Night shift was very aloof. Not as friendly as the day shift, but she was friendly. I went to the wrong Best Western because I didn't know there were two. I would have loved to stay at the high end hotel but the SEO doesn't differentiate between two. More room pictures.

Would recommend. Great stay!

The room was great with the balcony and seating outside. It was clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

I paid extra for a room on a high floor with a nice view. Unfortunately the rooms view was directly looking into a canvas barrier so the view was what I expected, nor paid for.

The property was really nice but came up short on the breakfast.

Good location, nice pool and meditation room.

I was expecting a better selection for breakfast. reading the answers to the questions from previous guests, I was under the impression that there would be a better selection. For the price of the room, it was disappointing. The only protein option was boiled eggs. I had to go to Cafe Jose to get a real breakfast.

Great staff. Nice perks. And a view to top it off.

The staff was amazing. We even received a nice discount when we decided to stay an extra night. The food was great, and the outdoor courtyard with the mountains in the background was a nice touch at breakfast time and at night.

Just what I needed.

Loved having a balcony for my little dog. Gorgeous view of the red rocks. Nicely set well back from the road so you don't hear traffic. Quiet overnight. Felt safe.

Sedona, vacation

This was conveniently located to downtown, Red Rock Balloons and some really nice restaurants! It's in the middle of everything. Cottonwood one way and downtown the other.

NIce staff Nice location Quiet. Convenient to restaurants.

Towels and TP were as cheap and thin as they could possibly be. We stayed for 3 nights so there was no daily maid service. This meant we had to visit the lobby daily to pick up in room coffee, extra cups for drinks as ours became dirty in the room . We also had to take out the garbage daily and take whatever new items we needed from the maid carts each morning. We had stayed here before when it was the Andante Inn and it was great. For $300 per night we expected better. There was a nice view from the balcony but the table was covered in bird droppings and the chairs were dirty as well so difficult to sit out on the balcony and enjoy it.

Superb

Room was larger than expected. Loved the chromecast tv! Bathrooms were clean with great toiletries. The balcony was a great feature as well, would've used it more if it was warmer. The fire pit was definitely my favorite part :)

Walls were very thin. Could hear neighbors from a few rooms down

Would not recommend the property at $200 per night.

There was no breakfast. There was prepackage danish and a cheese omelet. Cold cereal, limited fruit.

Staff was not friendly or helpful.

Bad

staff was telling me that my dog barking, but It wasn’t true. and when i asked to show me video or any proofs, they just ignored me. my dog is 9 years old lab, she’s too lazy already to bark for no reason.

I liked your hotel. I thought 850.00 for 3 days was overpriced so LIKED HOTEL JUST NOT VALUE FOR $

I found breakfast disappointing. I did not like the choice of burritos in a wrapper. WHEN I READ FREE BREAKFAST I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE LIKE I HAD AT HOLIDAY INN. waffle machines/bagels with cream cheese

Could add more hooks or towel racks in vathroom. Stay was nice and will return to Sedona in the fut

I read it was a buffet so expected an actual meal, not mostly packaged items. Dissipointed in the breakfast.

Did not realize there was a mat for the tub. When I stepped in to take a shower I nearly fell. The mat should have been dropped over the side of the tub, not rolled up under the sink in the back. Tub to slippery.

Very good

I loved the view from my little patio. My room was right by the pool and it had the most beautiful veiw of the mountains. I loved sitting out there in the morning drinking my coffee and in the evening taking in the beauty.

For some reason we didn't have service on the TV. And the gym facilities were under construction.
