Not worth what was spent at all

Location

It is dated and it was not very clean . I stayed many years ago and it was so nice but this time I had dirty sheets the bathroom was dirty and it just didn’t feel clean alone with a broken lock on the door that was never fixed but since they were full they couldn’t give us a better room .

It was overall just okay! It was not bad at all, but I would probably choose to stay somewhere else.

The room was clean, and the lobby and the facilities were clean and updated.

The property was just okay! The room was, overall, clean and nice, but the couch in our room had pink and red stains EVERYWHERE on it. The bathroom was really small and uncomfortable. The lobby and facilities are nice and updated, but the rooms really aren't.

Not as nice as we wanted

Outside was kept up well

Had to move rooms because the drain in the tub was nasty and rusty just to be put in another room with the same issue in the tub. Couldn’t give my daughter a bath. We went to the pool to swim and there was no towels and when we asked for them they said they would get more but 30 mins later we had to walk up soaking wet to our rooms

Over all it was fine for a one night stay but probably won’t stay here again.

The location was good for where we needed. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent

The fact that I found someone else’s dirty socks in the bathroom. And the beds were very firm.

We will never stay at a Hilton again.

One day we had no room service. Breakfast was chaotic and slow. We had to ask for towels twice. Once we had to go downstairs for towels.

Hidden charges like parking lot… and the water in the bathroom took ages to go through the drain, coffee maker didn’t work… had water filled up from last guest

Quiet and comfortable beds

Prices were high due to the gem show. Had to ask for the shower drain to be unclogged and the bathroom fan to be attached better to the ceiling. The issues were resolved right away.

It was alright

Location was nearby, to go out for the weekend.

The extra fees, parking when your a guest. The water in the room, for sale. The room was not stock properly with shampoo, conditioner, etc. The check in was later than 4pm.

Great property, would stay again!

The hotel had an amazing scent as you walked in the front doors. The hotel is very clean as well as the rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also liked that there was a 24 convenience store available. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. The location was close to everything we needed for our trip and parking was easy to find. There is also a Culvers fast food restaurant in the parking lot, which made it easy to grab something quick to eat.

Our air conditioning unit woke us up several times the first night, it made loud cracking and popping noises. I went to the front desk the next morning and they sent the mechanical engineer to our room to look at it. Later that night when we got back to our room the a/c was still making the same noise. I called the front desk and they moved us to another room. As soon as we settled into our new room the a/c made the same noises but louder than the previous room. We had to switch to another room. We were exhausted from the long day and the last thing you want to do is change rooms several times. The other thing that was bothersome was we could not locate any vending machines for water. We had to use the convenience store and it was VERY expensive.

I've never stayed at the Hilton. However, my expectations were not even close to being met.

Not much. maybe the breakfast omelet.

Big brown stain on the carpet, barking dog in adjacent room, windows were dirty. Was not aware that I had to pay an additional 10 per night for parking. Breakfast was not good. I had to return a side order of pancakes, potatoes were hard and dry. I can go on but I feel it pointless.

I'll stay at the Hampton next time.

Yeah we had dirty bedding and had to ask for clean bedding. The room had lots of dust .

Nice stay, but I'm a local, so probably won't stay here again.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Somewhat noisy from the floor above. I was on the 4th floor.

Pool sign says the pool was open until 11:00 pm, however we were asked to vacate at 10:00 as the pool was closing. I'd like to see a "free" continental breakfast for all registered guests.
